I like the grounding sheet I purchased but I’m forever straightening it out, would be nice to have a mat that would stay in place but soft material.

I decided to buy the grounding sheet. Haven’t noticed any drafter a week. Waste of money

Took me ages to finally order it and now I’m kicking myself for waiting. It’s a must have in my office now.

Absolutely love my grounding Mat.

Do not buy from them if you are in the UK , they do not have a shipping base to accept returns .
They do not offer a refund or anyway or sending it back .

DO NOT BUY from this company - expensive sheets that DO NOT work I asked for a refund and they refused saying it had been used - this product does not work and is a complete waste of money and the customer service is terrier.

I have bought a grounding sheet as well as the plastic mat. I find that my sleep is no longer interrupted and I have a wonderful night now so they are worth the money.

Unfortunately the mat had no effect on me at all. As a wheelchair user for 64 years with chronic pain 24/7 and after reading all the good reviews I thought I'd give it a go. Clearly not meant for me.
My problem came when I sought a refund, given that the product is in brand new condition and I had kept all the original packaging. I was told that unless it was unused (and who would buy something, not use it but send it back only to have to pay P&P??)
Since I had purchased the mat after seeing the FB ad and clicking on 'buy' after reading the info & reviews, there really isn't the opportunity to look into their policies e.g. return/refund.
So after being told I can't return the mat, I went online to look at other distributors of grounding mats and sheets, all had a return/refund option and most even offer a decent time trial. This from one reads:

Identical mat, only a great reduction in price, better than Pure Grounding.
So am I disappointed, frustrated and annoyed? YES

TOTAL SCAM, AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE

I bought the grounding sheet on a 3 hour sale, that sale lasted for at least a month. I asked for the warehouse address a couple of times as it states on their website that you can pick up your order from their warehouse but I just got fobbed off and wasn't given the address, can't find it anywhere on line.

It said delivery would be within 5 days, it took over 3 weeks and it came from China. I looked online for the same product and found it from a cheap place ( similar to Temu) at a third of the "sale" price I paid. I honestly think they buy cheap crap and send it out to us, the customers at a massive profit to themselves.

I used the sheet for over a week, my sleep was actually worse than normal. They are on selling cheap, crappy useless "grounding sheets". Customer service is appalling, if they do actually respond to you it's a complete BS fob off.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS MONEY GRABBING SCAM " COMPANY"

Australian Company but product made in China. Extremely poor quality just a flimsy piece of material. Very disappointed. Better brands

The product is of extremely poor quality and doesn’t work. I contacted them the same day my package was delivered to request a return, but they insisted on "approving" it first. Two months later, I’ve received no response, and they ignore my emails. Avoid this company at all costs!

Looks like this company have been busy writing positive reviews in order to bury the true negative reviews.
This is my 4th posting in the last few weeks and I shall continue to post as long as this rip off company are here.
Their ‘returns policy’ is totally fraudulent. The customer service team ignore you totally after their first response. They have no intention of honouring any guarantees they make. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!

March 26th update. Still no response!!

Ordered $300 worth of sheets January 15th still waiting they have stopped answering emails. Wheres my $300 order please i work hard.

I sent an email to you on January 29th regarding an issues with my order, yet I have still not received a response. This lack of communication is completely unacceptable.
Your customer service appears to be unresponsive and unhelpful, which is extremely disappointing. Ignoring customer concern while focusing solely on profits and selling low-quality products does not reflect well on your company.
I discourage everyone from buying your lousy sheets

Product dose not work , its a total scam ..the company will not refund or replace the product is opened ....
So explain how would you know it works if you cant try it ??

I bought two sheets. Tried using one. It was too small to sleep on and just got tangled. Asked if I could return the other. Was told to send a pic (which I thought was odd), and I sent it. Was given a return address at burleigh heads. Paid for postage and tracking. Sent evidence of both via the same email chain. Never heard back again. I’ve left emails via their contact us form on their website and used the email address previously used. I’m getting ignored. I feel totally scammed. Run! Stay away from this business. The positive reviews look genuine but must surely be fabricated. The replies to negative reviews are lip service. I never heard from them again after I sent back the sheet in good faith, and having been promised a refund.
