This company was recommended by a friend of mine, so I ordered several of their 'best seller' products and the first thing I noticed was that their pricing was surprisingly low, in comparison to other sites. Then, I saw their catalog with 100+ products, which was impressive!! After placing the order, it arrived within 2 days, which was another great experience. Unfortunately, one of the products was the wrong compound, but after contacting their customer service and showing an image of what was delivered, they sent a replacement the same day and allowed me the one that was mistakenly sent, as a sample. I love this company ! Ordering was easy ! Purchasing was even easier ! All my items were carefully packaged. The website was so user friendly! I was able to locate what I wanted on their website without any confusion. I love the fact that there is a QR code on the vial itself where I can see the lab’s findings. My very second order, they tried sneaking a product in that I didn’t order and tried charging a 15% tax. They tried taxing $26 on a $176 order. The order was 20% off and they were charging 15% tax on the amount before the discount.

The ordering is slow, the customer service almost doesn't exist.

There is problems with the account page making it impssible to complete an order. There contact page for help is "unavailable at this time" Other reviews are positive so I hopefor their sake they fix things sometime soon

Website, packaging looked legit but zero results from peptide. I've ordered this same peptide through another company with great success but unfortunately the previous company is no longer in business and taken over by scammer sites. Wasted my money on this product from Pure Health.
