Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I need to return unopened products for a refund (per policy), and I've been dealing with them in emails all day and am not getting an answer on how to start the process. They simply keep keep repeating instructions how to manage my subscription; which i have already done and keep telling them so. I won't do business with them again. Hoping I dont have to report them to the BBB, but I will if I dont get information soon.
