Terrible customer service. I need to return unopened products for a refund (per policy), and I've been dealing with them in emails all day and am not getting an answer on how to start the process. They simply keep keep repeating instructions how to manage my subscription; which i have already done and keep telling them so. I won't do business with them again. Hoping I dont have to report them to the BBB, but I will if I dont get information soon.

The first time I ordered was June 10, June 19 they said it was delivered, we didn't receive contacted they said they were sending a new order, here its 7/17,still no product, I would not recommend this if I would have known it was not made in the USA, I wouldn't have placed an now I have to try to get my refund from PayPal.

Alas it looks like I have fallen for yet another Facebook scam. The Facebook post was very well laid out and compelling. I have ordered the goods from the site as it is claimed to be shipped directly from their ohio warehouse where as it turns out it's coming from China. I'm so tired of these scams on Facebook but never seem to learn. Be aware that you are being sold a lie with this product. I also received an almost identical post for a different product that made the same claims. Be aware out there guys!

Do not purchase from this company. I bought via an ad on Facebook. On checkout I was up sold another item, and offered free shipping.

On receiving the invoice, the order is completely incorrect with just lots of the same item, they've taken over £120 from my card over three different transactions and also charged for shipping.

I've tried emailing them over 6 times since I placed the order on Saturday. The only responses I've had are from an AI advisor letting me know someone will come back to me. They have not, and I've since had a shipping notification.

I am going to have to raise a dispute with my card company because I'm being totally ignored whilst they have taken a great deal of money out of my account that I did not agree to, for products I did not order. Do not go near them

I purchased 3 bottles for $19.99 but was charged $59.99. At check out it showed $19.99. Even when I hit purchase. Not until I saw my cc statement did I notice they charged me $59.99. Have emailed them a couple of times and they have not responded. I guess I have to dispute this with my bank now which is very inconvenient. They offer you 1 price then some how change it once you hit purchase. Watch out if you buy their liver cleanse. It may say 1 price but they tend to add on to that price without your knowledge and they do not reply to your emails.
