Great customer service. The template was measured on Monday and the quartz worktop was fitted on the Thursday. Would highly recommend for quality, competitive pricing and great service.

Thanks for your professional edited reply. (I appreciate the removal of some of your previous comments).

Maybe in future, if you offer a discount to clients explain that the fitter booked in for a 10am-3pm apt might be turning up at 9pm on a Saturday night to start a 5/6hr job. That’s all I’m saying - the client can then make an informed decision if they wish to go ahead with your company.

Had a quartz worktop installed by Pure Quartz today. The whole team was extremely professional and methodical in their entire dealings. Lee the owner invited us to his showroom which is very basic as it is in portacabin He showed the various quartz slabs and we picked the one we liked and signed our name on the back. Next day they came promptly and measured up and two days later they installed the worktops
If you are looking for efficient job without frills of an expensive showroom at a reasonable price then I would recommend Pure Quartz

Friendly staff, professional installation and good product. Communication could have been better on times of arrival etc but would definitely use again in the future and recommend to others.

Not a satisfactory experience. were supposed to turn up first thing in morning turned up 6pm, supposed to turn up first thing to fit work tops turned up at 8pm repeated calls as to where they were met with "ill call you back" but never did. When I tried to fit my range cooker into the gap it wouldn't fit so repeated phone calls met with repeated excuse until I threatened legal action and then someone came round and corrected it (after 6}. Get your quote in writing.

Good selection of quartz available both on the website and at their workshop. Templated on Monday and fitted on Thursday, so fast and efficient.
