Overall I am fully satisfied with the installation of the air source heat pump and it's working really well now! Normally the team were very helpful. Unfortunately there was a 2.5 week delay before the system functioned properly during a very cold period in November, which was upsetting. This was eventually rectified quickly after I threatened to complain. It is a shame this happened as I think this organisation and it's staff/installers have been very good and thorough with the work they do otherwise.

We engaged Pure Renwables to install a 23Kw battery to reduce our day to day running costs and to act as a back up during power cuts. They quickly understood our needs, provided a specification and quotation.when engaged they turned up when they said they would, installed the equipment promptly, cleaned up after themselves and showed us how to us it. Excellent service.

New pressure vessel fitted on domestic system by Pure Renewables on 2nd September 2024. Plant room has flooded with leak from new vessel. Sunday and no emergency contact available. Have left a message for them on the commercial line which does have an answer phone. Now have to find an emergeny plumber to sort this out.

Having Pure Renewables install the extra solar panels and Solar Edge 10KW battery system was absolutely great. From day one, we had emails and phone calls to discuss everything through the order process to installation. With the installation, the team were absolutely fantastic. The installation was completed in one day. All packaging was removed from site and they cleaned up after themselves. Above all, Connor and the team were very forthcoming with information about the products that were installed. Delivery of the equipment was very good. Both pallets of materials were placed into our garage by the driver. The scaffolding team were also very good. I would highly recommend Pure Renewables 100%

Excellent service. These guys know what they are talking about and clearly very experienced both in system design, installation and customer service. The workforce are polite and efficient, keeping disruption to a minimum. They were happy to answer questions as they worked, helping me to come to terms with the new mindset of Airsource heat pumps. Pure Renewables were recommended by a friend who used them several years ago. Of the 2 quotes I obtained, theirs was far more detailed, helpful and informative. Their sales team were really helpful and well-informed, and always willing to respond to our endless questions. We commissioned them to install an air source heat pump, solar panels, a battery and an electric car charger. The installation was carried out over two weeks in April, and all the work was done efficiently and professionally, with minimum disruption - despite having numerous electricians and plumbers milling about our fairly small bungalow for days on end. Customer service was also good, with all invoices and regulatory documentation submitted by email. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking to install a domestic renewable energy system.

Pure have now installed our solar panels, air source heat pump, mechanical ventilation, underfloor heating and finally the battery which completes the system. The original systems were installed 9 years ago but batteries were not available. Once we decided to to get a battery, Pure were the first choice.

Pure are an exceptionally good company. Chris and his team have an understanding of renewables that is second to none - and I spoke at length to around half a dozen firms before choosing them. These guys did a very professional installation of a complex ground source heat pump system with two very deep boreholes in the front garden. Great communications from start to finish and the workmanship on the pipes was outstanding (it was a shame that it had to be covered up with insulation it was so good!). Great to find such a customer-focussed company with an installation team that really took pride in doing a good job. Highly recommended!
