They are very comfortable as expected, but certainly not waterproof as advertised.

Quick delivery, and I absolutely love my Homies slippers, I have the pink ones and the black ones, I'm just waiting for the green ones in size 7 to be back in stock now, best footwear I have ever worn.

Lovely comfortable shoe value for money found size 10 little tight to get my foot in will need a size bigger 10.5 would I'm sure be better fit also tongue little small for width being to physiotherapist today they also advised need bigger shoe.

Think carefully before buying from Purestep. I ordered a size 8 - too short. Was offered a size 9 for the price of postage - they arrived and are too wide. Purestep will not accept a return of either /both pairs so I am left with two brand new pairs of shoes which are no good to me at all. And I’m a lot poorer to boot! One very unhappy customer.

Shoes are good, I have two pairs ,which I brought a quite a few months ago really comfortable the slippers are really good (free) , ( well as much as my feet can take) only issue I have a bunion and where it is the fabric is wearing is a slight hole ….
Customer service is excellent…..it was a pain trying to send the recent shoes back ,but they were so helpful
My feet didn’t like them ..to narrow so sent them back

Not an English company that states on there website.
Goods took ages and come from china refused the delivery at the door as I believe its false advertising as there website says England.
No wonder there is not address on there website!!
Taken my money and won’t return it

Super disappointed with the slow and unresponsive delivery process from Purestep. I ordered my shoes a week ago, and I have had endless emails about buying more goods, but no delivery updates whatsoever!
Not impressed at all!

Well tracked, easy to order, shoes feel great, just didn't know they were coming from abroad so expected them much sooner.

Buyer beware that if shoes don't fit then have to return at own cost to China. I stupidly did not read the small print about this. Are complex forms and Purestep want you to lie about how much are worth to avoid Custom Charges (or maybe only worth the £5 they suggest!) And very expensive, well over half the cost of buying the shoe. There are hundreds on E-bay instead (presume no one wanting to pay the return costs). Very disappointingly now feels like a con.

First time trying any type of barefoot footwear and I'm very happy with them. They're very comfortable and have enough of a sole that I can take the dog for a walk through woods/fields. While I can still feel the ground my feet are protected (this was a worry for me)

The product was as advertised and of good quality. The only downside is the time it took for delivery. I know they come from China so it would take a while. I was kept informed of progress which is a bonus.

My shoes are really comfortable, I have started with the additional insole until I get used to them. The shoes fit nicely, lovely toe wiggle room. Quick and easy to slip on and off too. Delivery was prompt. I’m very happy with my shoes and am already looking for winter waterproof shoes.

I’m very happy with my shoes and insoles and mentioned that to my partner. She also measured as advised and ordered the same shoe/insole combo. Unfortunately, she feels that the shoes are too big. She looked into the return options and saw that it would be around £25 to send them back - to get a refund of £50. She is very disappointed and will donate them.
