Excellent experience shopping for a new car seat for our baby. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in terms of the best fit and safety of each seat and also helped us to fit the new seat into our car. Highly recommend!

I was in a rush for my Snuz pod as baby came early.
I called to double check the delivery was next day (being a bank holiday weekend and a Friday order). I spoke to a lady who answered straight away and even took my name to make sure my order left the warehouse on time before the 3pm cut off and ensure me that it would be dispatched that day for next day Saturday dpd delivery.

Very happy with the service I received and baby was able to sleep in it the next night.
Further more for the same price I got an extra couple of items in the bundle than going direct to Snuz pod’s website.

Lovely store - so much selection and really friendly, knowledgable staff who go out of their way to help and give their time but without putting any pressure on.
My daughter is very happy with her new car seat and we really appreciated the advice and recommendations we were given as car seat shopping is such a minefield of information!

Staff in the shop were lovely and friendly and extremely helpful. Delivery was quick and easy. So helpful and you can try the pram on a course with path and curbs with a weighted baby. This was everything me and my partner were looking for.
