Great app to see GP without having to call and seeing different times for appointment. The video connection and audio was great. The GP was great and friendly.
I would have given five stars if I had not had to wait over an hour in the "waiting room" for my appointment. However, it was worth the wait as the doctor who dealt with me was efficient, patient and arranged a prescription which should have been forwarded onto my local pharmacy but there was a hiccup with this and I had to chase it up with my surgery and physically collect it instead. One thing I would say is that the quality of sound was very poor and I had to get the doctor to repeat what he was saying several times. This may be just due to him sitting a little too far away from the screen. I was ultimately satisfied with the service and would certainly use it again.

Felt was listened to and respected.

I was prescribed wrong antibiotic. I had a severe side effects and had to go to A&E. At the time of prescribing me the antibiotics, push doctor person said that there was a big red warning and this medication should only be prescribed by the specialist, but he can override this and prescribed me the antibiotics anyway.
I feel like this phone diagnosis is playing a Russian roulette with vulnerable sick people who have no access to the GP atm. I almost feel like they don't take the responsibility for what they are doing as it's GP's that are leading the direction of any treatments.
The system works well. The doctor listened to me and agreed to refer me to a specialist, which was what I wanted her to do.
Everything was covered from home I am back at work now and didn’t need to have a X-ray which saved the NHS at this time.
Best idea the NHS have come up with. You feel like your in the surgery talking to the doctor instead of over the phone. Also they spend time with you and not this 10 minutes or less. You don't feel like your at a supermarket on their conveyor belt. I felt like I had a very good rapore with the doctor that spoke to me. Such a lovely lady. Best service ever.
Very successful was good to see the dr who I was talking to. All my questions were answered. Was kept waiting awhile but good to be sat in my own home rather than in a waiting room. Very polite and helpful Dr. Thank you.
it was a good general consultation. Not sure I saw a Doctor though. He was a physiotherapist , listed as Dr suchandsuch. His qualification listed was for a physiotherapist. I needed a physio, so that's fine. theyshouldn't pretend to be something they're not
Consultation was great, and got the result I wanted, however the wait time was far longer than I've ever had at my GP surgery so need to manage expectations better. Joined the "waiting room" 20 mins before my appointment as instructed, and a message kept popping up saying current wait time was 30-40 minutes, but didn't get seen until an hour and a quarter after my appointment time, so combined with with 20 minutes I was waiting an hour and 35 minutes before I was seen. How that is an improvement over my normal GP service I'll never know.

The doctor I spoke to understood what the problem was, made suggestions as to what I could do and then prescribed me some medication for the issue- which has really helped.
Dr Mahodi was very helpful and I felt fully understood the problem. Her solutions were first class, I would definitely ask for her next time.
The interface was a bit clunky, having to launch the application again (even though I already had it open) and the connection drop off mid call.
