Just a rebrand of a company named Push…

Just a rebrand of a company named Push AMZ. They made promises of knowing how to set up an FBA store and that they were experienced in all the issues that comes with an Amazon store. Well, my store was shut down before any sales because of product issues. The store was shut down, inventory destroyed and was promised to be reimbursed. Second store never got off the ground. Then came 2 ebay stores with the same issue, and then a shopify website for Walmart that never materialized. In the mean time, I had to create 2 different LLCs, google domains and all kinds of side expensis that I will never be able to recoop.

I started with them in March of 2023, and not a single sale.

In Nov 2022 I started with push

In Nov 2022 I started with push.
Here are the highlights.
1. Sales were slow starting off but I knew that was a possibility. Soon after I started getting closer to the projected returns, my store was shut down in August of 2023 due mainly to product authenticity complaints. I was told by the sales rep there was basically no chance of getting shut down and if it was it would be 6-7 weeks max to get started again. There has been delay after delay and still have no Amazon store for over a year now.
2. During the deactivation the team said that normally Amazon would dispose of any product that was lost but it would be included on my profit and loss. So I have been asking about documentation on what product was lost all year and just found out that the team has had the product the whole time. I still don’t know how many items there are and if the products are legit.
3. In Oct 2023 the team said as a way to make things right I could send them funds to sell products on their store until they could get mine up and running. They said to maximize budget to gain as much as I could during the holiday season and then said tracked the inventory to know which was mine so I sent them 7k to sell on their store. Then they said the store had issues and another store had issues so they would sell the product on my store once it was up and running. They still have my funds to date and have not sent me an invoice or any info on this 7k after many requests. I asked for a refund and they declined and said it could only be sold on my store. So they have just kept my funds and this whole time with no disclosure of what they used it for except that they had product in a warehouse. I have now been told . they would like to sell this product on another platform but still have not been provided an invoice, documentation on what product it is or why they have kept my funds since Oct and counting.
4. During this time, I have been paying multiple subscriptions, 2 of which the team said they canceled last year. They finally canceled 1 the other day but said it was canceled last year. However when I messaged the provider for a refund for those months I had been paying, they told me it had just canceled that day. I am still paying for 1 that the team said they cannot cancel, again after many requests. This all cost over 2k.
5. I requested to talk to a supervisor and was either declined or rescheduled for months but was finally told I should have been allowed a conversation. I sent a note to higher level leadership of push July 23 2024 and the response was that they would get answers and an action plan quickly. We are about a month and a half and there has been basically no action. The team has said they would get new stores going within about 2 weeks but have only started one ebay store but not walmart or amazon stores and the team has stopped responding to requests on updates for those 2 stores.
6. I’ve been paying interest on this 10k+ of product/money I sent the team for a long time now plus the loan I used for the initial store set up.
7. The last month I have had several phone conversations where the team said they were going to get me documentation on the product and that they would do some things to make it right and would follow up with an email so it was in writing but then have not emailed with what they would do to make it right and ignored my emails asking for an update on this.
8. I am still waiting on an accurate profit and loss from last year. The numbers that were sent were not close to the actual invoices.
9. On a good note, The team has been pleasant and polite to deal with and does seem to have a real operation going so others might make money.

Conclusion: This continues to cost me a lot of money while making nothing for over a year. Most of the things I have asked 5-10+ times over months period with no action on items that should have been provided without any request and this has cost me huge amounts! I recommend doing your own due diligence.

Overall posive experience though if I…

Overall posive experience though if I had one criticism it’s that it takes too long to get up and earning $$$. My store is currently cash flow positive but took 4 months. Beyond that it seems that Push is on top of their game and is incredibly experienced. I don’t really “speak ecommerce” but I understand what’s going on at a high enough level so I can see that we are indeed successful, and that’s what matters.

Was referred to Push from a friend and…

Was referred to Push from a friend and saw his numbers live. Looked like the real deal. I invested $45k for our initial inventory and to really get this thing boosted up. So far, so good. The pages on Amazon are turning into sales and all systems are green. The app also makes it super easy to see how everything is going, so that transparency is appreciated as well!

When I heard about the guarantee I felt…

When I heard about the guarantee I felt like I knew I had a way out, so I pulled the trigger with the Push Ecom team. Turns out I definitely didn’t need it. Obviously they knew that would happen and have it just to put me at ease lol. I don’t get a lot of input in the process but that’s probably for the best because I obviously don’t know what I am doing. It’s fun to go in and see my listings live on Amazon Prime. That’s my money maker right there!

The Push team was awesome and such a…

The Push team was awesome and such a big help to me. They went above and beyond what I expected and gave me all the info I needed to make a decision and really made me feel heard. We got setup faster than they said they would and kept me informed. Really felt like they were working for me. We are up and earning, albeit slow at first. But numbers going up every month. Thanks Push!

Nice work Push. Seamless and very easy. Wasn’t profitable the first 2 months but I held out hope and it’s clear from the numbers we are growing at a pretty good clip.

Chris and his team are extremely…

Chris and his team are extremely knowledgeable about the internal structure and workings of Amazon. Our UK account was suspended and related to an old US account that had failed verification. We tried multiple appeal attempts ourselves, all of which went unanswered by Amazon. We hired Chris and his team, who provided us with the necessary escalation contacts and appeals. They quickly managed to get both our US and UK accounts reinstated. We highly recommend Chris and his team!

I feel like I’m addicted to logging in…

I feel like I’m addicted to logging in and looking at my sales numbers go up lol. The login is very handy and let’s me keep close tabs on the metrics and KPIs, which I didn’t even expect/ask for. I started with Push a while back but held off on writing the review because I wanted to get a glimpse of a longer period of time. As of now, I’m very satisfied with the overall service and we are more than profitable.

The personnel I talked to at Push are…

The personnel I talked to at Push are extremely knowledgeable about the internal structure and workings of Amazon. This is stuff I would not have figured out myself in a million years. The numbers prove it and we are up and running very smoothly. I honestly didn’t care what kinds of products we sold but that was just me. I have already recommended 2 friends to Push and we’re using our profits for a Cancun vacation this summer. Couldn’t have been possible without Push. Thanks!

I LOVE PUSH!!!

I LOVE PUSH!!!! Absolutely impressed with their success. On the “strategy call” they went over the plan and I thought it sounded a bit like a sales pitch but they followed the gameplan to a T. We are hitting the predicted growth rate off my $25k investment. Money coming in every month now. Haven’t recouped the 25k yet but will very soon. If you go with Push you won’t regret it.

Went with the most expensive package…

Went with the most expensive package which is no small amount. This let us get a lot more inventory up a few different verticals and start scaling faster. Glad I didn’t have to test this myself or learn how to do it. Plus I wouldn’t have been able to get this far this fast. Really professional team that knows their stuff. Excited for more growth.

I'm an inexperienced ecommerce seller…

I'm an inexperienced ecommerce seller and trying out Amazon was on my to do list. Found Push and it sounded like they could solve my problem for me. They are easy to work with and explain everything in very understandable terms. Store is up and running and doing nicely. Would recommend them.

I've tried other Amazon strategies…

I've tried other Amazon strategies before, but nothing comes close to this. What made me pull the trigger is the operations they already have embedded in China that makes their profit margins bigger. The professionalism and results speak for themselves.

The app that tells you how your store is selling is a great feature. I check it every morning like the stock market. Push has made it simple for a complete novice like myself to understand the nuances of ecommerce investment. The store is profitable and we’re adding more products soon.
