well first of all the QUALITY of the puzzle pieces was surprisingly the BEST I've ever had...AND the quality and crispness of the picture they reproduced!!! just incredible.

We ordered 2 puzzles for a large family reunion. The colors were great, boxes looked great, shipping was timely and great - but each puzzle smelled very strongly. The pieces were wrapped in plastic and the puzzle box was also wrapped in plastic, and then they were wrapped and shipped. Had we known about the smell, we would have opened them ahead of the event and let them air out. They were very popular at our reunion.

Love it! The picture was great and high quality. The puzzle arrived quickly. Everything was perfect. I will be ordering more as gifts for Christmas.

We ordered a puzzle for my daughter to do for a 4h project to turn in a a local fair. My daughter worked hard and almost had it together when we noticed a piece was missing. My daughter was down in the dumps thinking she wouldn’t have a project. I contacted Puzzleyou and they happily offered to replace the puzzle. We got the new puzzle and my daughter finished it and turned her 4h project in. She wound up getting a blue ribbon in her class too.

I have ordered puzzles from them in the past but the last puzzle I ordered (and I mean it will be the last!!), was a disaster. White T-shirts were dingy and distorted, faces were blurred and unrecognizable and colors were not consistent throughout a photograph. I explained that I used the ‘star rating’ after uploading the pictures and only used the best ones but the pictures on this puzzle were nothing like the ones I uploaded. The response I received from Sara was rude and insulting. I do not recommend puzzleYOU.

Contacted via email multiple times. The company never responded. Absolutely zero customer, I’d give them a ZERO if allowed. Highly do NOT recommend Puzzle You company.

Let me be clear: I am demanding a refund, not a replacement from PuzzleYou.

I have stated this multiple times, and yet their responses continue to ignore that request. Offering a replacement puzzle for a defective product I no longer trust is not an acceptable resolution — it’s a diversion.

PuzzleYou sold me a flawed product. I am under no obligation to accept the same product again and hope it turns out better the second time. What I am owed is a full refund.

The company's refusal to honor that simple request, despite clear communication, reflects a disregard for basic customer rights and accountability. This is not how a reputable company behaves.

Enough with the scripted replies. Refund the purchase — or escalate this to someone who will.

I purchased a 1000 piece puzzle from this company, which will be my first and last purchase from them!
The puzzle was of incredibly poor quality. The pieces did not fit together well, and it was impossible to discern whether pieces were meant to fit together or not meant to fit together, and the puzzle would have been unliable at the end because of the large gaps. I contacted the company expressed my concern and asked for a refund and included pictures showing the gaps.

They responded that they don’t do any returns, but we’re happy to provide me with a coupon so that I could buy yet another puzzle from them at discount! Lol

Don't waste your money. The images I uploaded for my puzzle were excellent resolution, and the puzzle I received is a blurry mess. I was planning to give this as a special gift to a friend, but it's going in the trash--this company doesn't give refunds even for their own poor quality work. Very disappointing.

The Service team (Jennifer) has been great in resolving a mistake (that we made!) about missing pieces. Their integrity and respect for their customers is greatly appreciated. The 500-count puzzle we ordered was terrific.

My husband had a puzzle made of my favorite family photo for Christmas. I was so excited to put it together and was very disappointed to discover two pieces were missing. I emailed the company but got no response.

The puzzle was nice but it was not what I order their system did not save the changes how I wanted and it showed that all the way up until I set the payment the at the end it rearrange my photo selection - they are strict about not changing it and you’ll need to buy a new one if it’s wrong so be mindful I emailed them immediately and they said it was already printed which was not true they also had my mailing address incorrect which was another process to contact ups for a change …

I received a puzzle as a gift from my daughter. I do a lot of puzzles and found this one to be of a very high quality both in it's construction and it's design. The picture of Colorado is absolutely perfect!

When I realized I had lost a piece, I contacted the company by email. I received a reply the same day that I sent my inquiry - and it was a Saturday! They had a solution to my missing piece at no cost to me. No questions, no back and forth. Just amazing customer service! I highly recommend puzzleYou!!

I found puzzleyou's product to be of excellent quality. The packaging was perfect and the puzzle pieces of excellent quality. The customer service was the best I have ever encountered. I would definitely use them again.

I ordered 3 puzzles (1000 pieces each) and loved each one. The quality was excellent! I was missing a piece on one puzzle - easily could have lost myself. I contacted the company because I wanted to see if they could print one piece because it was a solid color. Instead, I’m being sent a new puzzle. I highly recommend this company!

The puzzle is very well made, beautiful colors, they let you see how the image will look. My wife was very happy, thank you....

Very quick service and nice image quality. The problem is that many, many pieces came out of the box stuck together because the cut didn't go through the backing paper. When we tried to separate the pieces, the paper tore off. Basically, this 1000 piece puzzle only has about 500 pieces because half of them are already connected and can't easily be taken apart.
