Honestly really good experience. I loved that you can customize the puzzle and even box cover, and it tells you if your photo is good enough resolution for your order.

Easy, user-friendly website, and after I placed the order it was delivered very quickly, and I'm in Canada.

The product seems really good quality, its a gift so I will have to see how the finished puzzle looks but I am thoroughly impressed at the ease of use, fast delivery and quality!

Horrible customer service. They are unhelpful and not willing to work with you. I will pay more next time to work with a company who cares about their customers.

Ordered 4-1000 piece yesterday than noticed picture I uploaded cut out two my family members. The photo design on their website was so small didn’t notice it at first, noticed wasn’t shipped yet so emailed them to have photo redone. They told me too late. Now I’m getting 131. Dollars of worthless puzzles going throw in trash

I got the 1000 piece puzzle. The picture quality was great. But the puzzle pieces were cut in such a similar shape it was impossible to distinguish a close fit from the correct fit. After doing the border for an hour unsuccessfully we gave up. Maybe the 500 piece would be better

They really did a marvelous job at making my custom picture puzzle! Excellent quality puzzle , feels like a canvas! Fast shipping and amazing customer service! Highly recommend! Definitely be buying more puzzles from them!

Puzzles look great! My only gripe is the box that it came in. The person receiving the puzzle just so happened to pick up some other packages that were delivered on the same day. They immediately figured out what was inside the box because the box has jigsaw pieces all over the box itself. I was going to combine a puzzle and a jigsaw puzzle table with a custom puzzle but the box gave away half the Christmas surprise. Change the box so it doesn’t have the puzzle pieces on them.

They do not mention the import charges to Canada which add 25 dollars more to the cost.
At the end it is too expensive.

I GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO STARS. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. AFTER PAYING FEES TO UPS, WHICH WERE CONTINUALLY NOT UPDATES, PUZZLEYOU KEPT ADVISING THAT DELIVERIES HAD BEEN ATTEMPTED, WITH NO ONE TO RECEIVE PARCEL. THIS IS A BUSINESS, WITH RECEPTION FOR DELIVERIES. NO DELIVERIES EVER ATTEMPTED. PUZZLEYOU ASSUMED THAT NO ONE WAS PRESENT TO SIGN, THOUGH UPS CITED THE REASON AS FEES OWING. PUZZLEYOU DID NOTHING TO RECTIFY THIS. INSTEAD, THEY INFORMED THAT THERE WOULD BE RETURN FEES CHARGED AND REDELIVERY EXPENSES INCURRED. THEY DID NOT CONTACT THEIR DELIVERY PROVIDER (UPS) TO SORT OUT THE ERRORS, AND INSTEAD SAID THEY DID NOT KNOW THE REASON FOR THE NON-DELIVERY AND THEY SAID THEY ASSUMED IT WAS BECAUSE NO ONE WAS PRESENT TO SIGN. THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE DELIVERY ATTEMPT AND RECEPTION AT NO TIME HAD UPS ATTEND WITH A PACKAGE FOR DELIVERY.

I am very happy with my puzzles. I ordered 8 of them, in the 1000 piece, which are very challenging. They came quickly and customers need to understand that the quality of their photos are crucial to the quality of the puzzle. Their customer service is also top notch.
I will be ordering more.

Simple process, FAST turnaround.
I ordered a 2000 piece collage puzzle 10 days before our annual family vacation and received it 3 days after ordering. Many of the photos were 10-20 years old, of which I took pictures on my iphone before uploading. 3 pictures were from photo booths 28 YEARS AGO. So the quality of many of the photos was poor and a bit blurry and they were represented the same way on the finished product, however this didn’t bother our group at all since they were faithful representations of the actual old pictures used. We knew it would be more challenging to complete the puzzle and everyone came together to finish it on time. (We ROCK!)
I was very pleased with the experience and will use this company again.
Best puzzle in 18 years of family vacations, everyone loved it and it brought back such great memories!

This was so simple to do. But just because you give them your picture to create a puzzle....don't think for one minute it will be any easier. We loved putting our picture together...enjoying the challenge expected from the best jigsaw puzzles. I am passing this company name on to friends. Well done you!

Terrible. Customer service was very uncooperative. I would not recommend this company.

I was amazed at the ease of creating the puzzle, the time it took to receive it and the quality of the puzzle. Just ordered a second as a gift.

Do not order from them. This was my first time ordering and I accidentally ordered the same picture twice. I realized my mistake and immediately went to delete. Thought all was well until my confirmation showed $98 instead of the $49. I am mediately sent the company an email stating I would like to cancel the first order. Their responding email stated it was impossible
Of course they had already withdrawn the money
In an email to my husband they stated that they had tried numerous time to contact him (The order was under his name since it was his debit card). I looked at his phone records and they had tried one time.
I had tried to call them at two different numbers with no response my husband did receive an email asking what was a good time to contact me. Never happened. However we were notified that our package is on its way. It is a gift to a relative and do not want her to receive two puzzles of the same thing
To add insult to injury we were never even refunded the 15% coupon discount that we were promised

I would like to now add that the company has indeed refunded us 30% instead of the 15%. The way it was explained to me is that as soon as the order is placed immediately goes to press and no one is able to stop it once the order has been placed

Box showed up for my Fiance with the logo on it, so she knew what it was and it ruined Christmas. Awful company.

Awful company. Ordering process difficult. Hard to properly proof due to size. Puzzle arrived. Very poor quality and heads were cut off in many pictures. Contacted customer service. Slow to respond and reply with it’s all your fault. But if you’d like to give them even more money they will reprint at a discount. Responses are very condescending. Don’t waste your money. Go elsewhere. I did and it’s a world of difference.

Response to company reply: How nice it would have been for any or all of this rebuttal to be truthful and accurate.

while it's true they do charge you $14.99 they also don't let you know that you'll have another $30.00 to pay for UPS.

Customer service - NON existent. You're stuck.

Run, don't walk, away from this company.

I ordered a custom puzzle, but few minutes after placing the order, I requested cancellation. Customer Service response was delayed, but when responded, they mentioned that once order is placed, they don't have any control.

When I received the puzzle, picture quality is grainy, pieces had some dusty material on them (had to wipe all). Even after wiping, the picture quality was grainy.

I used same pictures and got custom puzzle printed from Walgreens - print quality was absolutely stunning. If quality was ok, I'd be relatively ok with their bad service, but I suffered both ways.

I will NOT recommend puzzleyou.

The kindness and compassion shown by your customer service rep Yvonne Haertl will never leave my heart, I just can not get over the fact that she took the time and trouble to see that I received a complete puzzle, that kind of caring is very uncommon today and when one receives an act of kindness of that magnitude, it's never forgotten, so thank you!!!! I tell my story to anyone who will listen, all the while promoting Puzzleyou.
