I have ordered many time from Pvadeals. they are very professional on their service. I love how they are adding mane new services to their list. i always try to find my solutions on pvadeals first. Their technical support team is also very good and professional.

1. I ordered 2 numbers to apply for a Google Voice number, but the application was unsuccessful. I thought it was a problem with my operation.
However, later, I successfully applied for a Google Voice number using another website that provide the same service.
Therefore, I suspected that there might be something wrong with their numbers and hoped to get a refund. But customer service insisted on no refunds.
It turned out that I topped up $5 and got nothing.

2. Their service clearly states that a number can be reused 4 times for free, and there is a $1 charge for reuse afterwards.
After I re-used a number 3 times, I was required to pay for the 4th re-use.
I went to customer service, and he told me that I had to pay for the 4th re-use.
The understanding ability of the customer service is really disappointing, and they have been rude in the communication process.

In short, the service and customer service they provide are disappointing.

I can not say whether this website is a Scam or not, but I am just talking about my personal experience.
I bought 3 phone numbers from this site, I have tested two of them so far, but unfortunately, none of them were useful.
Then I called their support, they were somehow rude and at the end, their expert opinion was that my money was lost and this is my problem and it has nothing to do with them.
My question is: If we are going to use a paid service but it does not work, then why not use free services !!
