I just want to let everyone know that there are many websites that are pretending to be the authentic brand but they are scams. The official website is official-q-grips.com. I placed an order through their website and received the product right away. I hope this helps anyone that has been scammed by these fake websites.

Total scam, avoid at all costs. The product never arrives, the phone number to contact does not work and emails are not replied to. It’s a load of rubbish

Made my ear worse than before..now, every time I open my browser, I have a small window in lower left showing up as advertisement...can't get rid of it and it is a pain in the ass!

I’m still coming to terms with how I got duped. The persistence and frequency of advertisements on YouTube, the imagery etc all so convincing. Normally I’m immune. But this time they got me. I even ordered extra, for others, in case it worked well. Well, it didn’t- I waited for a while for it’s delivery (approx a month), as soon as I tried it and it wobbled about and was absolutely useless I knew it. I’VE BEEN SCAMMED! I didn’t even bother to pay to send it back for a refund- as I knew I’d be sending good money after bad. So I’m gonna accept the knock and move on. Definitely will read reviews first in the future. Will not be paying much attention to YouTube adverts either. Will be complaining to YouTube as it is their platform that allows dishonest companies like these to find the victims and thrive.

Can’t believe I got scammed!!! These Q grips DO NOT WORK. Kicking myself for getting sucked in. They hurt my ear drum when using and didn’t clean anything! Took ages to come and eventually the two I purchased arrived, after I emailed chasing the company, without the additional ’free’ Q grip replacements. The advert kept popping up when I was watching YouTube, so I thought I’d try them, trusting what was advertised, i.e. safer than using ear buds. If you’re reading this review and others I hope you do so before you purchase. I’m in the process of asking for a refund but I don’t hold out much hope based on other peoples reviews. I will also be checking my bank account as I’m scared now that other purchases will be coming out of my bank account from what I’ve read on TrustPilot. Can’t believe this company is still allowed to operate. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

The advertisement I saw showed the item coming with replacement heads. They kept lowering the price the longer I hesitated, so, I got 2. They arrived quickly, without replacement heads and when I called 'customer service' they told me I would have to purchase them separately. They do not offer ANY customer service and do not offer any satisfaction for complaints. I got them for someone who has a real earwax problem, but have not tried them on him, yet.

So they advertise easy return money back guarantee. Not true !!!!! They just tell you that they did not receive payment from your credit card company. And you never get your money back even after sending the product back to them unopened. Buyer beware!!!!

You can buy these exact same thing from my local chemist for 2.99 with 10 extra screw tops. They are mass produced in China at probably less then a few pence each. You can always tell a scam when they keep popping up messages with 5 minute timer countdowns saying there nearly out if stock with fake popups at the bottom stating claims they just purchased one 8 seconds ago. I reverse image searched the fake reviews and every one of those photos come from best haircut style sites. Probably without there knowledge which is copyright infringement on its own.

I ordered the Q Grips and they took ages to arrive, they are made in China, and are absolutely useless, and this firm is definitely a scam soon after i had recieved them i noticed that there were 2 transactions on my card that i did not make, one was for a pizza costing £19 and the other for a gift from moonpig costing £16 £36.95 in all, this morning I have to go to my bank to get my debit card cancelled and ask for a new card to be sent to me. And also to the police station to report this scam, wish that I had read these reviews before ordering

I researched different ear wax removers before purchasing. I wish I would have seen this website during my research. Q-grips is the WORST company ever. Website says “fast shipping 2-3 days”. It took 2 weeks for my order to even ship out then another 10 days for me to receive. I wasn’t thrilled with the results (I removed more wax using peroxide) plus it did not say “q-grips” on it as pictured nor did it come with a case. I contacted customer service and they wanted pictures of a new, unused product. I sent them a screen shot of the “30 day home trial” on the website. They agreed to let me return for a full refund. The address given to return the product I googled it and it was a college apartment complex. A week after it was received I contacted them that they received my package and where is my refund. They said 5-7 days. Yeah, I never saw it. Luckily during all this I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute. After another month I received confirmation from my credit card company the temporary credit they issued is now permanent. What a waste of time.

Useless product
Would give 0 stars if I could, took nearly a month for delivery and the product is absolutely useless, no instructions for proper use either.
Paid for these by credit card then found some payments on my credit card that weren't made by me.
This company should be taken to court for false advertising & ripping people off.
Also have to pay to return the item.

BEWARE! Something very very fishy about these people. I’m feeling absolutely stupid for falling for the scam. Hugely expensive. Don’t know what’s going on. Ordered nearly a month ago but still not arrived. Certainly won’t be using them if or when they arrive. Now, strangely a couple of days ago I received three pairs of compression socks made in China which look absolutely useless. I suspect these have been sent by the same people. Very strange. Three different addresses on the package. Post Falls Idaho. Thorpe Astley Leicester and a PO Box in Slough. The good thing about this is that the purchase was made through PayPal so I think my account is secure.

Pointless does absolutley nothing just bends in your ear and removes zero wax.

Wish I had read these reviews before ordering...doesn't do a thing, useless, waste of money. Packaging does not say Q-grip anywhere, just generic earwax removers made in China...do not buy!

What a useless waste of money. Landfill!!

This is the worst product on the market. Does nothing. Can’t return because I tried one tip, once opened can’t return. You have to email then they tell you to take picture before they give you address to return then won’t send refund until they inspect. Worst company. Do not waste your money. Total fraud, cheap product. Tips don’t even do anything

I received my q-grips. however there is nothing on the packaging that states it is "q-grips" just earwax remover. the document in the packaging has contact info that is not the same as q-grips and does not say that it is q-grip. The quality is not good. The tips do not work. They appear to fold in the ear canal when gently twisting and not go in the ear canal. the price was high as I thought I was getting the 'original' q-grips that supposedly worked really well. Could have ordered less expensive ones with additional tip replacements for more than 1/2 the price that looked better quality than these. I sent e-mail to original q-grips contact info. We'll see if they respond.

Way to do business. I wanted to return the product as i didnt want to actually put that in my ear. They did not want me to return the product and they did not want to return my money. They wrote this long email about the trouble and expense it would take to return. I thought how odd. So then they offered a portion 65% to reconcile the sale without any hassle on their end. It upset me that this practice was going on and so i am hoping that anyone thinking of purchasing this product will think twice about this company’s way of running a business. I will never do this again. And will read the reviews before I make anymore purchases on line. Stay away from this seller

Fraud is the intentional misrepresentation of a material fact that is relied upon and causes injury. Every part of Q-grips advertising is fraudulent. The 30-day guarantee is fraudulent. Someone is getting very rich on this scam while consumers are getting ripped off, or worse, injured by this garbage product. Bought them. Tried them. They are useless. Once I had the product in my hand, it was evident that it could never do what it claimed.
