Disapointing Incentive Assistance and Timeliness isssues
I had nothing but great hope for this apparently 5 star company coming into my 200 unit apt house. I dealt with K C. of the Seattle office, she and her crew timely set up installation. Apparently they put in the wrong equipment and sent someone out the next day to correct it. I was promised that I would receive one month credit for the inconvenience. This as of today has not happened nor has my account been credited.
Also, I volunteered to assist them with getting more customers, was told about the awesome incentive program. Before getting more customers to join me and share in the incentives I NEED a ID number with the company. I have been trying for over SIX WEEKS to get one and no one is assisting me, so a D minus on follow up to this promise, along with the so far not honoring the one month of free service I was offered leaves a dull taste in my mouth for apparently lack of customer service.
PS-I have reached out at least ten times via email, phone, etc and have rec'd only one email and one phone call saying they're working on it. How long does it take if they want our business to set up an account number for me?
