Empathetic & positive Customer Support

Whenever we have had a query we are able to call and speak directly to a consistent team in Customer Support, never having to wait too long to get through.
They (Kai in particular) always listen with empathy as they triage our situation.
A rapid & positive outcome has always then followed.

Fast, helpful and friendly service.

Abi was really helpful, I was having trouble finding a policy and advised her that I needed it for a meeting this afternoon. Within 30 minutes I'd received feedback and was able to find what I was looking for.

The quality of their software is good but needs a techy kind of person

The quality of their software is good and detailed. It can be exeptionally good and useful if the user understands how and where to find information on their dashboard. My time is mostly wasted by searching for information by trial and error. For someone who is not IT survee like me, it can be a maze eventhough they provided video's giving guidance. They however, have introduced an additional software that helps to easily find info and I look forward to explore its usefulness.

I’ve been miss sold a contract for five years

I had a very disappointing experience with QCS. During the phone call, I was clearly under the impression that I was agreeing to a one-year contract. However, I later discovered that I had actually been signed up for a five-year agreement.

This was not properly explained to me during the sales conversation, and I feel that the way it was presented was misleading. While I accept that I should have read the contract more carefully before signing, the information given to me verbally did not match what I ended up agreeing to.

Overall, this experience has been frustrating and has left me feeling stuck in a long-term commitment I did not intend to make. I would not recommend QCS based on this experience, especially when there are many other companies offering similar services at more competitive prices. I would suggest exploring alternative providers before making a decision

We’re sorry to hear that your experience has left you feeling this way. We have completed a full and thorough review of your concerns through our formal complaints process, including reviewing the information available from the point of sale.

Based on this review, we were unable to find evidence that the contract was agreed as a one-year term, and as such, the original agreement remains in place. We appreciate this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, and we understand how frustrating this situation can feel.

At QCS, we are committed to being clear and transparent in all of our customer interactions, and we take feedback like this seriously as part of our ongoing improvements.

We would also be keen to work with you to ensure you’re able to get the full value from the system during your contract. This includes offering additional support, guidance, and training where needed to help you and your team feel confident using the platform.
