I had roaches infestation in the kitchen and store room. I range them up and they were at my doorstep in a day. Inspected well and treated well. I have not seen even a single one since availing their service.

Only Excellent.... Absolutely credit goes to your company and team who gave me instant and fast response as I was expecting. They helped me tremendously and understand the current situation and treated well.

I called up mid June and after a fair amount of back and forth we arranged a visit June 15 as my tenant had seen rats in the kitchen.

The technician came and then reported back there was a large hold next door that was likely where the rats were entering. I asked if that could be in the report I had paid £249 for and he said yes. I chased on June 16 and was told the next day. June 17 and no report, chased again and again via text, call and VM (as noone ever picked up).

June 24th the guy from the office calls and asks for my email - the one I gave them June 16th, and the one on the application and payment receipt. Gave again. Got report.

Not enough detail in the report to get my neighbour to fill in the hole, but i took pics anyway. Asked when they could come back to fill the holes after the bait had gone down.

July 5 Quick Pest Control CALL ME asking ME if they should come back yet. I said I was going off their technician that they should al be dead in a few days but tenant still hearing rats. Said leave a few more days and booked Monday 11th July for return visit and to ideally fill the holes to stop them coming in.

This is where it got worse...

Monday 11th July. My tenant takes morning off for the visit. No one turns up. I chase.

Tuesday 12th July I call, leave a message (noone ever answers) and text asking for an update. Technician picks up and says he will go in an hour. Asks for tenants details (again). Ends up going back later that night. Said they couldn't fill holes as couldn't get access .. to a dishwasher on wheels that I know pulls out.

Weds 13th July after 2nd visit I ask for an update and when the holes can be filled. No response.

13 - 25th July I call, text and leave messages. No response. It is now 1 month since I paid.

25th July I get a text saying they need to leave it 4 weeks after the 2nd visit for 'better utilization of my money'. This directly contradicted what the technician said about getting the holes filled. They say they have tenants details and will sort revisit direct.

Nothing ....

9th September - I call and leave VM, then text asking for next steps.

Nothing ....

September 26. Calls and texts but still no reply and no contact to tenant. No rats at least so hoping they have all died off. Can someone call me with an update on when they can fill the holes.

Nothing ...

October 7th - I'm now annoyed. Tenant has been great but we both want this over. Still no contact. I have to call another one of the Quick Pest Control offices to try and get them to call me back. Funnily enough this time they do.

I supply my tenants contact details, again. After some more back and forth they come and seal the holes. This is 4 months after I paid for their service.

November 30th - rates are back, less than 6 weeks after they filled the holes. I called and told them, and they told me their 'guarantee' is from the start date of the treatment, not the end date. If I want them to come back out they want another £249 to start all of this again.

So, my advice, if you live in NW do not use these guys. I can't say anything about the other offices, and when I spoke with them they were helpful and understanding, but overall these guys took my money and didn't deliver on their promise or their guarantee.

Two stars because when they did turn up they were nice. They just didn't get to turn up much because the office isn't run very well.

Hassan an engineer, came to my property on the 23rd September 2022 to assess the issue. Spoke to me on the phone and wanted the payment to be made, which I did in order to receive a written report and videos. To this date I still have not received anything despite calling the main office. Will not be using this company again.

My aunt Paid £300 for monthly visits from May to July. 1st visit poison was put down and they said they would need to fill holes and in particular copper would be needed to stop the rats gnawing through. 2nd and 3rd visits never happened! My aunt is unwell and I followed up on her behalf- the service is dreadful! Messed around told I would receive a call back several times. Nothing! When I tried to point out how remiss they have been - they are just not willing to listen- we are told finally that the time frame has lapsed now- yet it’s their fault for not providing the service within the agreed time. They have been given plenty of opportunities to rectify and just don’t care- nothing from them! This company is fraudulent! They are happy to take your money and not carry out agreed work. They are not to be trusted at all.

THEIR GOOGLE REVIEWS ARE PAID FOR FAKE REVIEWS - BEWARE.

I was ripped off by a pest control man in 2021. In February 2022 when the rats had come back, I made sure I shopped around to not have a repeat of before. I spoke to this firm and because I knew all about where they were coming from, I was crystal clear from the outset; I have an infestation. I was quoted from £330 plus vat for a CCTV survey to highlight entry and exit points, a visit every ten days to bait and collect bodies and a guarantee that they will be eradicated within 6 months. There then would be an additional cost to fill the hole. The first visit was in Feb 2022. The guy charged my girlfriend £780 because I wasn't there to tell him he was ripping us off. 7 months on, not one bit of CCTV equipment has entered my property, there has been about 7 visits in total with just poison being out down and the rats are still here. He also tried to sell my girlfriend a odour eliminating gel for £75. Thank God she declined because one of his colleagues gave us one for free on the next visit claiming it was part of the service! I could have purchased ten times the poison that these guys have put down for the cost they have charged. I would recommend using a bigger company like Rentokill. In my experience, the smaller pest control firms are not good.

Survey was very expensive and was very pushy in receiving payment.

Where do I begin?
1) Overcharged me 4x the price they quoted me on the phone. Person that came over said the 'situation with the mice is very bad and we probably have at least 30 mice hence the higher price
2) Our landlord said the quote they charged us is too high (rightfully so) and asked for refund after 1st visit, they refused and said the bulk of the cost is the poison that has been set and the price we paid in advance includes all the 5-6 follow up visits
3) Person that came on my second follow up said "they have barely touched the poison so probably you dont have a big issue"
4) For the following 2 weeks (Visit 3 and visit 4 that in theory I already paid for) no one showed up \
5) I have chased them 4 times now, someone called and said they will come today. At the time of writing, no one showed up.

They made things worse. We had mice issues and after their visit things got worse. I won’t suggest them to anybody.

Solve ants problem with one visit

Very expensive and no break down of cost vs services provided.
What was quoted in person was almost three times of what was quoted on the phone.
All felt very rushed at the initial inspection with no follow up.
We were told we had mice and rats but since having used another provider this was absolutely not the case.

Terrible company to work with, don't use! I had a mice problem and I booked this company based on their positive reviews (I have looked through those reviews again and I think it is clear that there are a lot of fake reviews for this company so don't get duped!). They came to my home and the technician was very helpful, however I was charged twice what I was quoted. I was given a 6 month guarantee for the work. I saw a mouse about a month after my visit and called the company to come back out, they booked me visits twice which they didn't show up to or provide me with notice that the visit would be cancelled. I then got very angry when I saw another mouse and they sent another technician out who said there was nothing that could be done and the owner of the company would come out to talk to me. The owner never came and later spoke to me over the phone. He screamed at me over the phone telling me he doesn't give 6 month guarantees (even though it was on my receipt) and said I was trying to trap him by saying I would write a bad review. Don't use this company their customer service is horrible and they just want your money.

Great service and affordable price. They did a very good job, they handled my mice problem immediately with no delays. Prompt response and excellent knowledge about pest. Staff are friendly and helpful, they are really professionals, house is free of mice. Definitely I would recommend their service!!!

Paid £132 for 2 half hour visits & all they did was put 2/3 poison pellets in small trays & 3/4 boxes here & there & some small poison bags which the mice did not even touch!!! Nothing worked, so I asked for an alternative, & they didn't have one. I could have done what they did for £10 myself, what a total waste of money!!!
