I would give 10 stars if I could. Eric is hands down great to work with! Very knowledgeable, super quick about responding to text and emails. If he don’t answer you call right away he will call you back asap! He is also reassuring in what you are signing up for! You will not be disappointed communicating with Eric at QP Capital! I am happy with my decision to Factor with QP Capital. The process to submit invoices and track payment is very easy. Craig Ballard made the setup process a breeze. So far I am just getting started, but QP capital has been very patient and has answered any and every question that i've had to the best of their ability every time. Petty thieves best describes QP…
Petty thieves best describes QP Capital. Held me hostage by filing on my UCC before we had a contract and had to give them $500 to release it when I decided to go with a different company. Had my suspicions when all 5 of their reviews were about how nice the people were and never mentioned doing business with them. here today, gone tomorrow.

Mr. Russell, we apologize you are unsatisfied. 100% client satisfaction is our goal and it appears we came up short here. The $500 fee is our TONU (truck order not used). You had us set up your entire account, which unfortunately has a cost associated with it. We explained this to you before, during and after the onboarding process. Our monthly contract has a $0 buyout after you factor your first invoice. So if we aren't the best fit for your company, you can leave at any time with $0 in buyout fees incurred to you. All we ask is for the chance to show you how great we are. Unfortunately, we never received that chance. We wish you the best of luck, please feel free to reach out to us if you think of anything we could have done differently.

We get our pay quickly! QP Capital is super efficient and get things taken care of in a timely manner! If there is a problem on our end, they let us know right away so we can get it fix and get paid!
