SCAMMERS: STAY AWAY!!!
This place is a scam. God forbid you need customer service. No one responds regularly, and if there is a response, it's useless. I've been trying for two weeks to delete a phony QR code that's active on the web with my identity. I was able to delete the account but QR Code Monkey still allows it to be active which is causing me financial and reputational harm.

The issue you faced wasn’t caused by our platform; it happened because Google’s search results sometimes keep showing old, cached pages for a while, even after they’ve been deleted. As soon as we received your ticket, our support team submitted a removal request through Google Search Console the same day and informed you of the action.
While we can’t control how quickly Google updates its index, your QR page was no longer accessible on our site; any link would have led to a “page not found” message.
We sincerely regret the inconvenience this caused you at that time. Since then, we’ve improved our support response and documentation to make such situations clearer for users. Thank you for sharing your feedback. It helped us make our service better for everyone.
