I was connected with a very helpful staff, Aakriti who has been patient and swift in their response and support. I had no problem in relaying my problems as well as receiving the immediate response. Everything definitely went smoothly. Though I received a response only after I visited the website for the second time which I believe, is due to the timezone difference. Overall, great experience anyway!

I understand when certain situations happen that can further delay my request. I signed up for Qualification Check after paying fees at WES, because they advertised themselves as “expedited” service, and they guaranteed processing my documents faster - without us having to reach out to our institution directly.

Despite paying fees 1/17, they mentioned that they would take 5 business days because that’s the timeframe indicated by my school. On 1/19, I got notified that my identity was only verified. To me, I thought it means they’re just verifying my degree, so I asked WES - if I applied to QC, do I still have to reach out to my school for my documents? To which WES affirmed. That time, I thought QC is not doing a good job. Around 1/20, I couldn’t wait. QC isn’t notifying me of their status, so I thought it may be faster to reach out to my school. And I was right. Not only that it was cheaper, they processed it WAY FASTER than QC, and WES notified me on 1/21 that they receied my document from my school. I reached out to QC (which takes a LONG TIME to respons by the way) saying my school worked faster than their processing time, and they were claiming that WES received my document because it was them who processed it, yet I have proof that it was my school who directly sent my documents through my request. Now, they’re claiming that they provided me the service. They said they can no longer refund me because I still got their service.

They overpromised and underdelivered. Just reach out to your school directly.
