Qualificationcheck.com -This is a highly professional company and easy interface asked for limited PII information . Compared to another company World Education Services had recommended, for degree verification, National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) Trust website and was asking for more PII information like my US passport.

They continuously communicated with me and actively looked for solutions from a verification system.

Avoid this service. I paid £180 for qualifications. University asked for consent from some other service and support ignored it. I've been trying to reach support for days and days and can't get through. You can't download qualification verifications as a file and their contact URL on their page footer doesn't even work

Qualification Check omits the middle name, when sharing a verified qualification. The recipient did not accept the verification due to a name mismatch

I did not like the fact that the qualification check did not state what was being checked. To pay £80 plus to validate a degree certificate obtained with a upper class qualification. Then the check comes back with notification checked what does that mean. I think it should state what is being checked. The degree could not have been obtained and I graduated,then in order to validate it I do a qualification check, yet i dont know what it is checking. It just seems very odd.

I will say the service was quick and it enabled me to use it for my professional registration. Though I feel a certificate would be better than a link in the future.

I paid for a service that, according to their own website and YouTube video, states they 'work with your educational institution(s) to gather and verify your required documents and have them sent to WES.' However, despite months of back-and-forth, my WES evaluation is still unresolved.

I was initially told they were reaching out to WES directly and had shared my transcript. Later, I was informed that Qualification Check 'do not request documents directly from universities' and that my submitted transcript didn't meet WES requirements. This directly contradicts the service I paid for and their advertised process.

To add to the frustration, I've been told I need to acquire the official transcript myself and then share it with Qualification Check for uploading. This completely negates the purpose of hiring their service. The lack of consistent information and the prolonged delay have been unacceptable. I'm extremely frustrated and demand an immediate resolution and escalation of this issue."

Very professional and responsive team! They handled my verification quickly and kept me informed at every step. Great experience overall.

Total fail. Verification of my degree was never done despite me paying the fee. Their chat bot says they will transfer you to an agent which never happens. Emails are not getting answered. No support helpline to call. Avoid like the plague.
