Made a mess
Used the compressed air around the outside of the ducts and ended up blowing dust around the entire house, into every room. Had a lot of cleaning to do after they left. Loosened up a lot of dust in the ducts but didn’t seem to remove much of it as dust was visibly blowing out of the ducts for several days and a bad odor lingered for a while.

Antwort von Quality Air Duct Cleaners
Dear Felix,
It is regrettable that your experience with our company was less than stellar. We can assure you that this is not the way we do business. If it were, we would not have been able to stay in business for over 3 decades. We have used this unfortunate incident to re-educate the technician involved as well as the rest of our staff.
Once again, we are sorry that your experience was not as expected. If you would care to discuss the situation further, please call us at 800-583-8994.
Sincerely,
The Quality Air Duct Team
