Quality brands outlet are excellent
Quality brands outlet were excellent. Their communication, dispatch times and packaging were all perfect. I had an issue with one of the items and they sent a replacement next day and were extremely apologetic.

Dear Caroline,
we're sorry to read your message. We've investigated what happened to your parcel and according to DPD, the parcel was refused when they tried to deliver and was therefore returned to us. (We have no more information from the courier than this).
We did email this to you but we didn't receive a reply when asked how you would like to proceed. We therefore initiated a full refund on the 21st August.
It looks like a communication error has somewhere let us down. We would be more than happy to resolve this problem should you contact us directly at info@qbodirect.com
