So I ordered tires from these guys told me 10 day I waited even got a call saying they will be there soon maybe day 5 or so. 13 days later nothing so I call they say to me it was delivered. I have someone at the house all the time nothing came. Then I said listen just refund my money figure out you’re shipping issues the guy call me back ok sir we will give you $40 discount just give us a day to deliver I “promise”. Day goes by nothing call them I’m told I’m being refunded ok whatever that the next day I get a call again say maybe I should do a police report for tire got stolen I just called my Creditcard company enough with these clowns!

Advertising as available tires when really they don't have them and so you will wait and wait.

I bought a set of 4 Kumho Crugen HT51 tires from Quattro Tires and only after a few months, I had a flat tire on the front driver side. Mind you, I only drove my vehicle to and from work which is only an 11km drive. My tires was supposed to come with their Protection Against Road Hazards warranty so I contacted their after-sale department to claim warranty on the tire and sad to say they cannot honor their warranty. They even made me buy a Tire Tread Depth Gauge which served me nothing since I cannot claim warranty on the tire anyway. Also when I first initially bought these tires from them, their courier delivered my tires to the wrong suite although I gave specific instructions to their courier. Other than that, the tires were supposed to be brand new but when I checked the DOT, it was already 8 months old. The fact that the tires didn't have vent spews (little tiny hairs) on them, this makes me think that these were used tires that were sold to me. And that's why I cannot claim warranty because the thread depth were below their passing warranty sop. The lady (Sabrina) who told me that I cannot claim warranty on the tire even tried to trick me into buying a replacement tire for the one that got damaged. The nerve, they can't warranty my tire and yet they still want to squeeze money from me by selling me another one. Needless to say, I told her that I will buy elsewhere since they cannot honor their warranty. I highly suggest to not buy from these leeches. I had nothing but problems from them since day 1.

if you would like wait 30-45 days for the tires please order from them otherwise avoid them at any cost. If I know it before i would have never ordered.Worst service ever.

I ordered a set of 4 tires from this company and ended up paying for them to be mounted and balanced. When they arrived a few days later, I mounted them on my vehicle and went for a test drive. I quickly realized these tires were not balanced at all. I reached out, requested my money back, to which they agreed. The following weekend I went to a local Costco and ordered new tires locally to avoid the hassle. Flash forward to the following Monday, and this company retracts their willingness to return my items. I would have never bought new tires from Costco if you never said I could return them. I have all proof and have filed a dispute with my CC company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Unbalanced tires and poor customer service. Liars.
