I purchased two pieces item and they send you tracking number but won’t ship the product. I emailed them twice to cancel and get refund but they don’t. It’s a scam website just save your money and don’t shop here.
The clothes are of terrible quality and do not match the pictures or description at all. The materials are cheap, the fit is poor, and the products look completely different from what was advertised. The return policy is also awful and makes it extremely difficult to get a refund. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this store.
The worst. One aspect of this experience that I found particularly frustrating was the changing explanations I received.
Before the order shipped, I was told that the Hannie Layered Pleated Two Piece Set was experiencing production delays due to high demand, an extended production timeline, and a temporary shortage. I was informed that the item was still being produced and would be ready around mid-June.
However, after I received a garment 2 MONTHS LATER that did not match the website photos and provided comparison images, I was given a different explanation. The company stated that a previous version of the set had remained in warehouse inventory and was mistakenly shipped to me by a newer warehouse employee.
As a customer, I found these explanations difficult to reconcile. If the item was delayed because it was still in production, it is unclear how an older version was readily available to ship. Regardless of the explanation, the company acknowledged that I received a different version from the one shown on the website.
The company ultimately refunded me, which I appreciate. However, I was disappointed that much of the discussion focused on removing my review rather than addressing why the product delivered differed from the product advertised. Never buying from them again.
A lovely company and excellent service. All the products are top-notch and of the highest quality. I love you all. Keep delighting us with new items 🩵

Quick enough to take my money.

It came late, different size and color! I ordered XS and it's super big, and the color was supposed to be gold and it arrived Rose Gold.
