I appreciate your past business, but I also believe it's important to share the full context of this situation. You purchased 3 items and requested to return 2, acknowledging in your email that you had ordered the incorrect sizes. All product dimensions are clearly listed on my website. Despite this, I offered you a free exchange for other items and even offered to cover the shipping costs both ways. You chose a refund instead.
My standard restocking fee is 10%, but I reduced it to 5% as a courtesy. Unfortunately, credit card processing fees, shipping, and insurance expenses are not refunded to me when an order is returned. As a business owner, these are real costs I have to absorb.
I acknowledge that my final email could have been worded more thoughtfully. However, I believe it's equally important that the full circumstances and the accommodations I offered are fairly represented.

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Although the bracelet was received in good condition and broke after delivery, I still wanted to make things right. As the owner, I personally reached out, reviewed the situation, and provided full store credit toward another item, despite having to absorb the loss on the original bracelet. I value my customers and always do my best to resolve concerns fairly, even when the circumstances are beyond my control.

I purchased a 22K Gold Lightweight Mini Beads Chain Necklace and its beautiful, but the clasp was made so that the ending of the necklace could slip through and potentially falling off while wearing it. Essentially, I don't want to purchase something thats gonna throw itself away, especially if its for my significant other.
