I was working to find a mounting solution for our project. I was put in touch with Matthew and the customer service was amazing! He set up my login for me and placed all of the materials that I needed in my shopping cart for me. I then later received a call from Stu letting me know that he was able to save me $ on shipping. It's hard to find a company with truly great customer service these days, but these guys both went above and beyond and know how to do it right! Thanks Matt and Stu! True professionals!

The QuickBolts worked great. I mounted four solar panel rails with them and they are very secure. I like them better than having to pry up the roofing to slide flashing underneath like you need to do with other roof mounts.

When you had to cancel my order instead of just charging me foe shipping, because you don't have local pickup in Burbank, I had to redo y order online and messed it up because your website is so confusing, I made not one, but two separate orders for the correct items, and paid $60 more than my first order for the same items t0 include shipping to me 4 hours away here in Los Angeles. Not happy.

I'm a home owner and needed to find a bolting system to support my rail system. I found Quckbolt's Silicone backed Deck Mounts. I loved the fact that I wouldn't have to find the roof rafters since they were not all on center measurement. They were super easy to install and hold rock solid. Very helpful sales team also. Love the product!

Sales recommended the wrong part. Roofing crew and solar crew were delayed a couple of days costing both companies money. Roof had to be tarped to prevent water damage. Had to pay for expedited shipping for the replacement part. I felt that the least the Quickbolt could have done is given us the new parts at cost or covered the expedited shipping.

Product was easy to order and was delivered quickly. Product website also came with a lot of spec information, etc.

First great pre-sale support from Matthew Saavedra in answering my questions and showing me where to find mechanical drawings of mounting brackets. Secondly the mounting brackets worked perfectly for me on my metal shingle roof. I’m totally happy with the Quickbolt solar rail mounts. Thanks!

Had to get more of the micro flashing and L-foot due to system design changes. Our rep was a great help with our questions, and needs. We love the fact that we can actually talk to a person on the phone when we need help.

Everyone at QuickBOLT is always friendly and professional. As a contractor, we love working with them. The construction world is hectic and these guys are always willing to help in any way they can. Gave them a call the other day, put in a last minute order and the sales rep I spoke with said that he would keep an eye out for when our order came in and make sure it was ready first thing in the morning for will call pick-up. Thanks again team!

I’m trying to return the wrong size but there’s no support for this ?

It did not seem like customer service was important anymore. Customer loyalty also did not seem critical anymore. As the buyer of these products, I have to weigh price, especially when it comes to shipping to Hawaii, which can get expensive. I have other products I can choose if price becomes an issue, and I have to consider that as well. My exchange with customer service regarding this gave the feeling that I was just being a problematic customer. Additionally, the shipping charges appear to have jumped considerably, to extent of which, I cannot justify purchasing products from you. This is a shame considering we have been loyal to you for some years. Perhaps you should reconsider your shipping charges to Hawaii as they seem excessive. We have had excellent success with shipping through the USPS, and it is considerably less expensive.
I was contacted by customer service and was told that they did not wish to lose our business. They offered to us the option of shipping by USPS, but the last time i checked the option was still not available. They also offered a healthy discount on our next purchase, but my goal was not to illicit a discount. My goal was to give them feedback. In the past we have really received good service, but sometimes when a customer gives negative feedback, it is important to receive it as feedback - in my case - to illicit a more successful relationship.

Being a presidential sales rep most of my work life I appreciate your reps knowledge of his products !! Great customer service!
