I received this as a Birthday gift. Straight out of the box it didn't work. I plugged it into a receptacle and attached my phone to it and 1 1/2 hours later my phone hadn't charged when I went to unplug it on of the prongs stayed in my receptacle. I looked at it and the whole face was full of hair line cracks on it. I told my friend I think they got took for $35 dollars. If you need a quick charger shop well before buying one.

Total ripoff. No fasrter than a baseline charger. Yep, you will be offered a 50%refund. No matter, you still get scammed.

Need less stars this product doesn't exist the company does nor get back to you DO NOT BUY and be a dick like me

This is a scam and they steal your money. Run.

I didn't even finish placing my order, moved on to another page/product, and still got charged. Now they're dicking me around as I try to get my money back. They "don't print shipping labels" therefore they don't do returns. So first they offered a 50% return. I said they stole from me. Now they're offering 25%. Run.

A BIG WASTE OF MONEY. IT ACTUALLY CHARGES MY PHONE SLOWER THAN THE ONE THAT CAME WITH IT. SAME WITH MY WIFE'S PHONE AND WE HAVE 2 DIFFERENT PHONES

I am sure this is some type of scam. I bought two of the them in the basis that in slick ad, the lovely presenters stated that they would wipe out the phone’s battery memory and allow the phone to charge in 11 minutes. Last night my phone wasn’t even totally flat and it took over two hours or more to charge back up to full capacity. Absolutely NO benefit over chargers that I already have. I will be wanting to send mine back, but likely it will be hard to do that and where do I send it??? Looks like from some non-descript place in China somewhere. And I have to pay for postage. As well each plus came with a power adaptor which I wasn’t told about and as I live in Australia, the power adaptor plugs do not fit the sockets that we have here. Luckily I have one of my own from a past overseas trip. So now I have two supposedly Quick Charger take hours to charge rather than the 11 minutes that they say in their slick ad and two completely useless power adaptors that will not fit any power socket in the country that I live in. The total cost for these two less than satisfactory devices was $93.04 when the price was converted to Australian dollars with some sort of service fee added in AND a further $AU23.25 fee which is uncategorised and may be for postage and/another service charge. For a total cost of $113.29, Australian, I must have bought the most expensive phone chargers on the market, ANYWHERE and while they do charge, they fail to deliver on charging performance anywhere close to the 11 minutes promised. So it is a scam. Don’t waste your time on these. Go to your local discount store and buy one for well under $20 instead and one that has a socket suitable for your country’s power socket. On the basis of what they promised, what they delivered and what is value for money, this is the WORST product)s), I have EVER bought anywhere. And further mine do not not even look like the one advertised. Mine I are white so colour change and the design and name of it is different too. Mine has QC+PD 53w written in it, which likely means it is just a different type of phone adaptor and not even the one they were supposed to send.
RIP-OFF! PHONY! They take ‘take you for a ride.’ Avoid at all costs and spend your money at your local phone or electronics store

Garbage. Slow and doesn't charge as advertised.

This product worked very good for about a month after that it stopped working, this is garbage not worth the money avoid this product.

I had to return 2 of the QuickChargePros that I purchased due to dissatisfaction with the lack of advertised function. They did nothing to enhance the charging of my phone. I plugged them both into several different outlets and tried plugging my device into every one of the 4 ports provided. Nothing changed. It still took 30 minutes to charge from 50% full!
Their customer service is non-existent. I have sent 3 emails and each time I get an automated response that states they will be in contact with me within 24 to 48 hours. It's been over a week and I still have not received a response or my money-back.

First of all I saw it advertised on a YouTube ad, so I thought it would be reputable. Joke is on me, we ordered two of these pieces of crap. They don't charge anything really fast as advertised. They put out over 3 amps, which yes its much more than a normal charger, almost too much, I used one for my vape mod, which has two big Lithium batteries, maybe a bit faster but after five minutes it started to get hot so I had to unplug it. Batteries can only take in a charge current so fast. You can't force them to charge faster. I should have known better. Simply put, not as advertised. Absolutely no instructions or paperwork of any kind, nothing printed on box except the words RAPID CHARGER. Garbage.

The website is misleading as at checkout, as I tried to make my purchase of 1 quickchargepro, the website preselected an order of 3 and after each entry I'd be redirected to make yet another purchase. It was a difficult site to navigate. Then I tried to cancel the order and it was already shipped. They offered me a 30% discount upon acceptance. Well I accepted and still no refund. To top it off. It doesn't charge in 10 minutes as advertised. It takes just as long as any other charger and my Anker quick charger is way better.

Charger does charge faster on my wife and I's smartphone, my battery and my wife's does work longer. But does not charge in 11 minutes exactly. Pretty good product, not perfect. It does spark when I put it into the outlet, but so do my surge protectors. It's a 4 out of 5 only because it does not charge in 11 minutes exactly as stated. And as far as contacting the company, they respond within 24-48 hours always to me. I am happy I bought the chargers and cord.

Not only doesn't it do ANY of the stated capabilities it also heated my phone so badly, I thought it was going to explode. Furthermore, they put my charge through as a recurring monthly payment, not just a one time purchase. When I asked to return this faulty, hazardous product they expectsd me to pay shipping cost for this piece of garbage.

This unit looks great out of the box but the first thing I noticed was that there was no printed information corroborating the claims that were presented in the YouTube advertisement. I am charging my iPhone now and I see no difference in the speed of the charge compared to my other bricks. Sad to admit, I should have known better - scammed. FYI, there are a number of "review" sites that claim that this unit is the best unit on the market, does wonderful things, blah, blah, blah. I'm sure now that these are fraudulent sites actually set up by the seller so that when people go to the NET to find reviews, they find only good information.

This review is about this company's YouTube ad for their charger. Their ad claims that this charger will clean your phone of some mystery infection, it will, and I quote, "turn your slow smartphone into a lightning-fast handheld supercomputer that will last a lifetime." It gets better. "The gadget uses extremely advanced AI-technology that overrides your smartphone's operating system." They then show a clip of a phone downloading a video, implying the charger makes that possible.

They also state that their charger will allow a device to last up to 56 hours. Well, okay. What device? They don't specify. Probably one with an efficient processor and new/large battery. People who are interested in this charger probably don't have a device that can last that long and will never realize that claim. And probably will realize absolutely no improvement at all from their OEM charger.

It also says apps like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram will get a "more energy efficient flow." ... A... charger... can redesign the phone's processor?? No.

This ad has the most puffery I've ever seen, and this company should be sued out of existence for their false claims. The ad says they've sold 3 million units. This is probably a fake number, but any profit on those units should be clawed back and returned to the victims who bought this thing. As a charger, this thing is probably fine, but the way they get people to buy this is quite fraudulent.

Great advertising but after I ordered it, the product looked like it was used plus it was MADE IN CHINA and it didn't charge they way it was advertised.... I called customer service and she told me to try it with multiple devices and it still not fast charging so I try to call back but they refuse to answer the phone... So I decided to email them and their email link seems fraud....

This device will charge but no faster than my Verizon charger. I opted for the 53W version, and I purchased two. The worst part is that it always sparks when I plug it in to the wall.

It's interesting that I'm the first person to submit a review. I haven't purchased the product & it's quite the "red flag" when checking trustpilot.com to find zero reviews. U can read all the fake reviews that U can stomach by typing in Quick Charge Pro into your search engine, but good luck finding truth.
