First class service throughout the process of finding, securing and renovating my first property with Spalding. Worked with Sean on multiple occasions and the service has been outstanding. Great communication and excellent finish on the refurb works. Very supportive and helpful throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend working with Sean and his team.

Above and Beyond Expectations
We used Spalding Property Solutions to source properties for us twice last year. We were looking for a specific criteria that was proving tricky to find for the first one. Within a couple of weeks Sean Spalding had a deal for us that we were delighted with. The company’s assistance with the conveyancing and other admin of the transaction was extremely helpful and Spalding Property Solutions then quoted and completed the refurb for us also. Altogether it was such a smooth experience from start to finish that we didn’t hesitate to return to them for the next one. We were delighted to receive a higher rental than expected and believe that is due to the high level finish of the property. We highly recommend this team.
