Deceptive and unfair
It's extremely duplicitous to have a 'com.au' website, and be based overseas and not upfront about this. I ordered my contact lenses in good faith but because Quicklens is not an Australian company I was unable to claim my private health rebate. This means they cost me far more than they should have. I will never use Quicklens again for this reason.

did not receive my package after 2 months waiting
I ordered and paid contact lens on 14.12.23. But after 2 months, I still did not receive email that my oder is dispatched or not. I did not receive my package yet. I don't know what is going on, why it takes so long.

We have checked our system and found that your order was dispatched within 6 days of placing the order even though your order items are all custom-ordered which normally takes one to two weeks to receive them from our supplier.
