still crying from the worst experience in my life
The worst experience in my life! This company is so dishonest and un trustworthy I am sorry I have to give them any stars. They were sent to me by a moving broker. They advised that they sent me a " contract " via email with the price and delivery terms I never received any emails or contacts until the day before when they called and advised a time they were going to be at my house. This was December 28th They waited until they had my furnishings on the truck before they hit me with an $11.000 contract fee to move from California to another State. Packed very minimal amount of furniture and 32, 28 gallon totes basically held me hostage as they knew I was under a time constraint to get to a new job in January. They then advised that they were leaving the next morning to start their trip to my new location, that was a flat out lie they took my furnishings to a ware house in Los Angels. I could never get a return phone call, or email for status I contacted the moving broker who basically washed their hands and said it was my problem. My furnishings were not delivered until the 6th of February and was delivered at 12:30 in the morning. Totes were all brand new everyone of them the lids were cracked foot / shoe marks all on top of them. First tote I opened had a minimum of 2 gallons of liquid that smelled like dill pickle juice.
2nd tote had bugs / looked like maggots on all the linens had to take every tote out side and shake it off and wash EVERY thing. Antique rocking chair was not even wrapped in blankets and was off loaded and broken never received the broken pc to try and get repaired. They dis assembled an antique vanity and put some of the pc's in a drawer the other pc never were located so need to try and find a carpenter than can re create the missing pc. when putting the adjustable bed together the legs were missing did finally locate those in a tote that they opened I had zip tied all of totes closed. Grass catcher to lawn mower missing, leaf blower missing, dishes that were heavily bubble wrapped broken. Lamps and Artwork either missing or broken. I can not say enough times this was the worst experience of my life I would rather have an amputation of a limb with no Anastasia than go thru this again or have anyone else experience the same
