I purchased a pack of 6 Brita water filters from Quick Direct Store Ltd via 'OnBuy.com' One filter was so slow I gave up using it, the next made the bottom of my kettle white and I had white specks in the boiled water. I contacted Brita and they advised that this product was a counterfeit. I contacted 'OnBuy.com' and they have a section on their website to report counterfeit products, I reported it but still haven't had my money back.

I bought and paid for a video cassette adapter which was able to play the cassettes I had. This shop advertises a 14 day guaranteed return policy which it does not honour and the EBAY Help policy does not work because this shop does not list purchases on the EBay site. Do not deal with it,

Due to downsizing and closing my business in the North, I needed long term storage for my office books.
The guys at Quickstore were most helpful in helping me determine what size of storage I would need.
A small deposit was required to reserve the desired storage and I didn't have to pay anymore until I moved the books down several weeks later.
The facilities appeared clean, secure and easily accessible. Very impressed.

I use their postbox service for my business and I'm very happy with how easy it was to set up and access. It's also good value. I'd prefer a central location but this is the next best thing.

Was all a bit last minute but they were very accommodating and understood exactly what needed to be done. Quote was fast, accurate and very reasonable and the manager Jon Doonan could not have been more helpful, recommending and liaising with a local removal firm for us. I had a large amount of furniture and equipment being delivered by a removals company while I was abroad, right between Christmas and New Year. The team at Quickstore Exeter were brilliant. They took the time to listen to what I needed, and then thought about how they could best help and what needed to be put in place to ensure everything went smoothly. They were professional in their approach, efficient even when processing the refund due at the end of the rental term, and always friendly.
