Awful firm. Two robins eventually arrived. Supposed to be hand made by a retiring man who had arthritis in his hands and couldn't continue. Bull **it. Cheap copies of the advertised photo. Having real trouble getting refund now

do not buy from this company - if i could give 0 stars i would. Bought a lego set as a gift, said it was shipped in premium packaging, turned up in a beat up brown box with no labeling, Lego was in packets with a sticker for a QR code instruction manual for the price of £30 plus took over a month to arrive.

I made a mistake with my order and had to cancel it. In eight days they had refunded my money. Very satisfied.

I ordered 2 robins at £30.98 on 11th August never had a confirmation .The money gone from bank,in the middle of trying to get refund as feel I have been scammed

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Awful cheap products, I should have read reviews before I bought two little robins. One is rusted & the painted redbreast is terrible with smudges of red paint over the other one. I’m so disappointed as I bought these as momentos to place with my parents’ ashes but I’ll be throwing both robins away instead & looking elsewhere for a better quality!

I bought the little robin as a gift for someone close to me. The item I received was poor quality and I really cannot give it as a gift . *DO NOT BUY THIS ROBIN AS IT IS ABSOLUTE SHITE*

Rubbish company selling rip off products . What i received was a cheap copy of what was advertised- scammers do not buy from them .

I purchased 2 handmade silver Robin garden sculptures, sad to say that they were not the quality I was expecting and very badly made. The red breast of the robin is amateurish, bits missing, and there are so many places where the steel is very sharp. The quality does not match the picture. These were going to be gifts but I cannot now give them away. Am extremely disappointed and will not be purchasing anything else from you site.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! I ordered something on 2 August for a gift and it's still not arrived. When I have asked about it. They tell me it's in transit from CHINA and will now be up to 21 days. Bad service as they didn't disclose the fact it was coming from China when I asked about why they didn't disclose that fact I was told it was a computer technical error! SHARP PRACTICE, disgusting

I ordered on the 7/8/26 paid £30 for 2 robins heard nothing since thought I was ordering from an English company, wish I’d looked at reviews, can’t seem to get in touch with them steer clear is my advice

This an absolute total scam the picture shown of a robin looked more like a bloater fish could not stand up as legs are 2 different lengths made from a 2 forks a teaspoon and a knife red paint and dents everywhere they are absolute rubbish ,only fit for the dustbin. You think you are dealing with the UK, its actually America and the item is then made in China. Takes 3 weeks to arrive When requesting refund they offer 50% back . OR you pay 20 USD postage to return the items. UNBELIEVABLE A SCAM FROM BEGINNING TO END

Thought I was ordering off a completely different website until had paid. Never received my items.

Total scam. I wish I had read the reviews before I bought from them. Poor quality and items do not look like items advertised. No reply received to my email. Total waste of £30

Dont bother wasting your money. Took 5 weeks to arrive and an absolute load of garbage. Straight in the bin a waste of £20

Waste of money buying from them & when you ask for refund they only offer 40% that only pays for the postage you paid dosen’t cover the item……the item was damaged during transport so not even a case of I changed my mind it’s there fault & only got an email with the 40% offer or send it bk & I would have spent the amount item cost me in 1st place….. should have read about them but have told a neighbour that was looking at same item not to bother ordering from them.

I wish I’d read the reviews before I ordered. Quillshoe/giftsfever is a total scam. Cheap Chinese knock off items that are nothing like advertised. Asked to return for a refund they offered 20%, then 40% when I still refused they’ve stopped answering emails. I’ll continue to fight it but I’m sure they just send my email to the bin.. much like everyone should do with their website!

Scam. Wife ordered for xmas. Quilshoe paid /Giftsfever Store. Made up shipment tracking saying handed to customer. No response from customer services e.mail. no automated response.
Red flags at every turn.

If I could give a 0 I would .. the product was advertised as handmade by some lady with a desperate story .. they came from china & the quality is absolutely rubbish .. they won’t take them back & want me to pat 20USD for postage back but can’t guarantee their return. We are still fighting this one out.

The article I received was totally unlike the item advertised. Waste of money. If it looks too good to be true then it is. Absolute scam. I should have recognised it as such as I was previously scammed in a similar fashion. Read reviews before purchasing.date of experience is estimated
