Quintain Living - Madison Bewertungen 

I recently moved out after 5 years in the Madison building. The apartment itself was generally great, but the Quintain Living residents team were consistently poor throughout my tenancy for the following reasons:

Utilities & Accounts: Erroneous utility bill calculations, some dating back 4 years, which remain unresolved despite countless emails and evidence provided. I've spent many hours dealing with their finance teams about utilities, repeating the same information over and over. No responsibility was ever taken.

Deposit tactics: £734 of “final account balance” was carried forward into the deposit claim, despite relating to the aforementioned historic utility disputes which they failed to resolve. They've also tried to claim another £265 for damage/redecoration for nothing more than wear and tear. These have gone to a tribunal.

Car parking: Persistent problems with the gate not opening. I was left to deal with the inconvenience, with no discount offered despite the excessive cost.

Response times: Inconsistent. As mentioned, some issues dragged on for months or years without resolution.

Contracts: No flexibility offered at renewal despite my requests, even after years of tenancy.

Facilities: The gym took several months longer to complete than originally promised.

Parcel security: A parcel of mine was stolen from the parcel room, but support was minimal.

In summary, Quintain Living were seemingly incapable of dealing with anything beyond the most simplistic issues. Their behaviour around utilities, accounts, and deposit handling has been appalling. For the £100k+ I paid on time over 5 years, to now dishonestly claim a final account balance from the deposit demonstrates how little they value long-term residents.

Their 1-star ratings are almost hitting one in three on Trust Pilot which tells its own story, no matter how much they like to respond with generic PR spin.

We've been living here for almost three years in Quintain Madison, and it's been a fantastic experience from day one. A big thank you to the concierge team, especially Noami, Maria, and Jayvi, as well as everyone else on the team. They've always been friendly, welcoming, and happy to help with anything, whether it's parcels, building issues, or simply making residents feel at home. We really appreciate everything they've done for us over the years and couldn't have asked for a better team.

Good place to stay

The entire process felt incredibly smooth, quick, and well-managed from start to finish. Julia & Sahl, you both made everything so easy for us, and we really appreciated how responsive and supportive you were throughout.
It made what can often be a stressful experience feel seamless and straightforward, so thank you again for your professionalism and efficiency.

Brilliant service from Julia Whyte in the tenancy team at Quantian Living. She was always quick to respond, really supportive throughout, and made the whole process stress-free. Couldn't have asked for better communication. Five stars well deserved.

I’ve lived in the building for 2 years now and have enjoyed it very much. Recently, Jayvi has helped my partner and I out which is why I’m writing this review. She was so helpful and responsive. We went to speak with her and as promised she emailed the next day with everything we needed.

All the staff are lovely and we very much appreciate Jayvi’s help. It’s nice to see her smiling face at the desk. I feel like London is so lonely, getting greeted by her just makes you feel at home. The building is secure and kept clean. My partner and I love living here with our cat.

Madison is absolutely great! Ticks all the boxes for us. Jayvani is a star, always helpful and too kind.

Moved into Quintain in late summer. Jayv helped make the move in process was so quick and seamless without any issues.

I’ve lived in this building for around two and a half years now, and I honestly can’t speak highly enough of the team here. From day one, they’ve been consistently friendly, welcoming, and incredibly supportive, they truly go above and beyond to make this feel like home rather than just a place to live.

A special thank you to Maria, who has been absolutely outstanding. She is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about the residents. Her support and dedication have made such a difference to my experience here, and she always goes the extra mile with warmth and compassion. Because of her, this building really feels like somewhere I want to stay long-term. I genuinely can’t imagine living anywhere else.

I’d also like to mention Shane, who has always been helpful, approachable, and friendly whenever I’ve needed assistance.

The whole team creates such a positive, supportive atmosphere, and it’s rare to find that level of care and consistency. Living here has been a wonderful experience, and that’s entirely down to the people who work so hard behind the scenes every day.

Great building, the team is really helpful and amazing (especially Maria). Its safe environment with a lot of facilities and amenities nearby. Its just 5 minutes walk from London Designer Area

I’ve been making deliveries around Wembley Park for sometime now. Whenever I come to the Madison building Shane, Noemi, Maria and Jayvi are a pleasure to see, always with a smile on their faces and making everyone feel welcome.

The building itself has a very unique and likeable look to it and smells amazing. Recommend this place

Been living at Madison for about a year now and have nothing but great things to say about my experience so far; the building, flat, amenities (especially the gym), and concierge team are all top notch, and shoutout to Shane for his friendliness and professionalism!

We had a lovely experience with Kuman M. He helped us find the perfect flat that fits our preferences and budget perfectly. He explained everything so patiently, perfect example of top-notch service

Everything is great in the building. I am a resident since 2021 and renewing my tenancy again as we love it here! The team is very helpful and kind during the day and night also.

I moved into a Quintain Living apartment on 30th June 2025. From day one, it was clear that the mattress provided was in very poor condition – so bad that our heads literally slide to the other side when we try to sleep. Even the official inventory report acknowledged it was in “really bad condition.”
Since the rent includes furniture, I really don’t understand why the apartment was handed over in this state. If the home isn’t ready to live in, why allow residents to move in?
It has now been two months of repeatedly following up with reception about when the mattress will be replaced, but I am still waiting. In the meantime, both me and my partner are experiencing back pain and restless nights because of this issue.
I expect Quintain Living to take responsibility and urgently resolve this. If it continues unresolved, I will have no choice but to pursue my right to claim for the loss and impact caused.
I truly hope management sees this and takes swift action – because this is not the standard of living one would expect when renting with Quintain.
