Have used this company before for car insurance. This time it was for house insurance. Katie made us feel welcomed and nothing was too much trouble. She was polite and courteous and explained all the questions that would need to be asked and dealt with the whole process effectively. We purchased the home insurance after getting a call the same day from Katie beating the price of our previous insurance company. Well done Katie and thank you. Will was lovely to speak to, thank you. However, I don’t think he was able to find the best deal for me, I felt that he was restricted to companies that this broker uses as a matter of course. I did buy in the end due only to Will’s charm. Just hoping that we have the holiday cover we need.
