Order Delays
Part was advertised as shipping within 1-3 business days and in stock however took over 4 weeks to ship

Hi Mario,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback on your experience and order.
We extend our apologies for the delay on your order, as we explained over email, the reason for this delay was due to the supplier not having one final component available to be able to ship your part to us.
We understand this took longer than you expected and we have definitely gained some insight on how we can make our processes better in the future.
We hope you will allow us the opportunity to redeem ourselves in the future. Please get in touch with us if you are looking for any further parts and we will make sure the team looks after you in any way possible.

Just perfect
Purchased the side skirts from R44 Performance. They arrived within 5 weeks due to a supplier issue but so happy I waited they look absolutely awesome on my Audi TTS. Will definitely be back to get the front splitter. Communication from the seller was brilliant as was their customer service over the phone. 10/10 very highly recommended

Hi Beepin,
Thank you for leaving us a 5-Star review! We apologise for the delay we received from the supplier, usually ordering in parts such as this do not encounter such a long wait time.
As soon as we knew your part was arriving we ensured the warehouse team was ready to just pack and ship your order due to the long wait time you had to endure.
We're so glad you are enjoying your part and ever aspect of your experience with us. We hope to see you again very soon for the matching Front Splitter!

Still waiting…
To be fair it’s not your companies fault the fault lays with Royal Mail. I can not comment on the product as even though it was on a two day delivery it is still sat in Cardiff sorting centre over a week after I ordered it. When I rang they said there is nothing I can do and I just have to wait. I’m very annoyed because I needed this fast for a MOT and have had to now order from Amazon prime and use a product that wasn’t what I wanted to use. I’m very annoyed but as I said this is not the fault of R44 performance but still is very frustrating and I would suggest they use a different post service and claim back the money they sent on 48H delivery!
