Honest advice, not just a sale
Ordered carbon parts for my F30 after a fair bit of back and forth over fitment. Dillon in sales answered every question properly, including telling me straight when they didn’t stock something rather than trying to sell me an alternative that wouldn’t work. That kind of honesty is rare and it saved me buying the wrong part more than once. Discount applied without fuss and free UK shipping. Will update once the parts arrive, but the pre-sales service has been excellent.

Outstanding!
I ordered a rear spoiler for my M440. All I can say is it came super speedy and the quality was outstanding. It was packaged very well and fitment was on the money. Don't waist your time on cheap and nasty alternatives. R44's products are outstanding quality without OEM pricing. Highly recommend them. 👌

Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. I exercised my right to withdraw from an online order BEFORE accepting delivery, but R44 Performance advised they would deduct the return shipping cost and the full €150 customs charge from my refund even though those customs charges are recoverable through the courier as the items were never received.
I understand paying reasonable return postage, but charging €150 customs to me when it's not costing them is a pure scam.

Antwort von R44 Performance
We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed, Dave, and we do appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We completely understand that customs charges can be frustrating, however, our international terms clearly explain that if a shipment is rejected due to unpaid customs charges, the return shipping, import and processing costs are deducted from the refund.
Once customs charges have been billed to the receiver, these costs remain the sender’s responsibility even if the order is subsequently cancelled or refused.
We always aim to make these charges and our international terms clear before an order is placed, and we’re sorry this wasn’t the outcome you were expecting.
