Customer service is first class
Customer service is first class. The guys there are very friendly, knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about what they do. This was my second time visiting to have parts installed. From the initial welcome (including a lift to the hotel in the owners G-Wagon), you felt at home. There was an unforeseen issue with one of the parts ( out of their control) , but was resolved very quickly in my favour and I ended up with a better system than I initially went in for.
Nothing is too much trouble and their attention to detail is second to none. Comfy waiting area , with Playstation , TV, drinks etc.
Will return for further upgrades in the future and recommend them for all things BMW

R44 Performance work with ML…
R44 Performance work with ML Performance. They are a scam. Any Company that works with ML Performance. This is what happens when you are involved with ML Performance you get bad reviews too.
The owner Marshall Lee is ripping people off.

Hi Dave,
Thanks for your review. My apologies but you seem to be misinformed here. We are an entirely separate company to ML Performance. They may stock some of the same parts as us but are in no way affiliated to us as a business.
As you can see a recent customer of ours has outlined a part he was waiting to arrive from ML Performance was ordered from us and arrived a few days after his order.
We aim to provide the best service for all customers.

Thank you for leaving us a great review of your experience. The website is made to be as easy to navigate as possible to find all parts available for your vehicle.
We try to keep our pricing as competitive as possible but if for any reason you find the part being sold at a cheaper price, all product pages have a price match button. The team would be happy to look into price matching items to provide the most competitive pricing possible.
