I bought a 6ft 2 tiers hutch and including be happier! The hutch is FANTASTIC, the quality impeccable and the staff at “the rabbit hutch” extremely helpful. Thank you so much, I’m extremely happy with it all!

Ordered a costly indoor set up several weeks ago. I'd been given the delivery date and the pen didn't arrive (I was due to collect the rabbits the next day). I chased up and was told 'the order had not been made, but had been missed?!' I could not believe how unprofessional this company is, we'd corresponded several times to discuss the design. I didn't get any reasoning for 2-3 days, and was then told the person that makes these refused to make any more and they were refunding me?! They didn't even offer any help or alternative option. So disappointing.

Great hutch and happy buns! The hutch arrived promptly but there was a problem with one of the roof panels- we informed Rabbit Hutch World on 23/12/25 and received a replacement panel next day (Christmas Eve!)

Great customer support and a really good quality product. The rabbit hutch i ordered is of much higher quality than those I've purchased before from elsewhere as well as nice touches which help in making the cleaning of the hutch easier.

The instructions for building could of been slightly more clear especially as some parts looked very similar but were just slightly different heights but were fine overall.

We are very happy with our purchase. Well made and looks good. Biggest run we could find, be nice if you made some square designs aswell.

We ordered a hutch and run, it came quickly but sadly a broken door and floor was missing as well as a part of the run sent direct from manufacturer, contacted rabbit hutch world and these were organised sent out the same day, sadly a part was still missing, so again contacted and again sent out the same day along with a care package full of goodies. Although frustrating the customer service was excellent and not their fault. Would definitely use again. The hutch is great quality and very large, easy to build and looks great.

Was looking for a run cover for my run I had so my indoor rabbit could enjoy her outside time even in the winter. Nothing was avalible online and bumped into this company online, I got a one to one via email with all the configurations, measurements and even designing with different materials. Was shown diagrams of what my cover would look like and got a very good price for custom ! Only took 2 weeks and was delivered to my door asap even with the likes of xmas looming !

There was a slight problem when I ordered via the website but Kevin contacted me immediately and sorted it for me. We bought a hutch cover and it's strong and effective. Thank you Kevin

I ordered a thermally insulated custom fit cover for a large hutch, having recently adopted three Guinea pigs. The cover arrived within the stated time and is extremely well made with sturdy fabrics, zips and fastenings. It was so simple to fit and fits perfectly with access zips in all the right places. The green colour also looks unobtrusive in the garden. Communications with the seller were also friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company if you need a ( custom made?) hutch cover.

Hugely impressed by the quality of our rabbit hutch cover. Made to order it was a couple of weeks wait, but certainly worth the wait and by far surpasses the quality of our previous well known brand. Great communication and customer service when I had a query.

We purchased a cover for our guinea pig hutch. We found Rabbit Hutch World very efficient to deal with. The cover is excellent quality and fits perfectly. Lead time was excellent for a custom made cover. Would highly recommend.

We needed a custom insulated rain cover for a 6ft Chartwell Double hutch where we'd already cut an Omlet Tunnel entrance into the front to connect a set of tunnels out to the run. The process was great from end to end: taking and confirming the original measurements; discussing and measuring for the cut out section to ensure the cover fits snugly to the hutch over the Omlet tunnel; completing and paying the order; regular delivery updates, and a delivery a little quicker than advertised. The cover fits like a glove, and is light years on from the flimsy-and-none-too-cheap options we've had from other sources. We're delighted. This is the right thing for the job, and it's clearly built to last. It looks like a lot of money, but compared to buying and re-buying a cheaper cover every 18 months, it definitely feels like money well spent. Recommended.

Ordered a made to measure waterproof cover for my outdoor rabbit hutch. The service was superb Kevin answered all my questions quickly via email. The cover came sooner than expected and is fantastic fits like a dream keeping the hutch dry. Kevin also emailed me to check all was well. Would highly recommend this company very good service.

My new hutch cover arrived a couple of days ago and I’ve been itching to get it out of the bag but work commitments prevented, however, the delayed opening was WELL WORTH it!

I admit, I did expect a larger package when it arrived but was pleasantly surprised by not only the less bulky appearance as I have had with other covers but the streamline materials does exactly what it says on the tin.
Black on the outside and silver on the in, excellent quality and very well made.
Not cheap (when you compare them to others you can buy already made in certain pet stores) but I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for. Excellent quality and looks sleek and stylish too.
Perfect fit (don’t get me wrong I did check my measurements numerous times to be sure). Absolutely love it and would highly recommend Rabbit Hutch World to anyone who is wanting a top notch hutch cover.

I bought my bespoke hutch cover just over a year ago and have loved it ever since. It keeps the rain, wind and cold out perfectly and I never have to worry about the bunnies. I was so disappointed when the stitching by the zip gave way though and assumed I would have to buy a new one. On the off chance I contacted Kevin and he could not have been more helpful. He told me to send it back to him and his team would stitch it back together. I am so relieved and grateful - thank you Kevin and team!!
