I've been using RabbitResume for about 3 months now, mainly for the Boost feature. It lets you send your resume to a bunch of recruitment firms. To be honest, I didn't see much of an impact at first, but in the past 30 days, I landed 2 interviews and just received a job offer today. So thank you for that! (That’s why I wanted to leave a comment.) The resume builder itself is really solid. It used to be a bit slow and had some bugs, but I can see those have been fixed now.

One downside is that there are only 12 resume templates. I definitely think they should add more options and include some simpler, more minimalist designs.

I signed up for the trial, which has a 24-hour period to cancel, and I did cancel within that timeframe. This was done both by clicking the "Cancel subscription" button in my account settings and engaging the automated chat. The chat stated that I would receive an email confirming the cancelation of the subscription, but was never received.

Two days later I noticed the subscription was posted to my bank account. Again, engaging the automated chat, I was told a refund would be processed immediately and an email would be received, but again, no email was received...only the chat transcript that I requested a copy of via email.

I have now started the dispute process with my bank due to their unresponsiveness.

Edit: Since Rabbit Resume apparently does not know what is on their own website, here is a screenshot of the FAQ on the home page about a 24-hour trial.

Scroll down on the home page to the FAQ section, click "How does billing work?" and the response is "Access all premium features and professional templates right away with a 24-hour trial or choose from 6 and 12-month subscription options!"

Additionally, my initial attempt to cancel was on the morning of May 16 via the automated chat, which stated I would receive an email confirmation, which never arrived. A few minutes later I saw the cancel button on the website and used that.

Moving forward to May 18th, still no confirmation of any sort from RR that the subscription was being canceled, so I engaged the automated chat again and got the same "we will send an email confirmation." At that point is when I took it up with my bank.

Let me know if there are any other parts of the website you need pointed out to you.

Second edit: yes, I did download the resume. The only option was pdf and the text size formatting was either too small to read or the next size up left half the page blank as it would go onto the next page prematurely.

Regarding the confirmation emails, here is the text of the first received at 2:50pm:

It is not perfect, but it is way better than most resume builders I have tried.

Thank you for supporting me while I was looking for a new job. Generally I prefer to update my Resume for every single job ad to make some items more visible, and it's very easy with RabbitResume!

I finally found a new job just under 1 month, and it definitely increase my interview rates. Hope I'll never jump into job seeking process again but if I need, I'll use RabbitResume again!
