DO NOT purchase anything from these scammers! Darin the support tech is a scammer! Dave the supposed tuner is a scammer! Stay far away from these two disgusting individuals! Special place in the pit of H*ll for them both! Don’t fall for any of their direct calls or emails. Any files sent are corrupt.

I am very dissapointed. I was expecting a lot more from you guys. But I blame myself for not reading the reviews on your company before purching from you. I would not recommend anyone to you. You guys are terrible

I ordered a tuner from you guys a few months ago and I am really not happy. I contacted you multiple times about an issue and no responce. Your customer service really needs some work.

Poor customer service. They make it seem like they care about their customer satisfaction but the moment you buy a part from them and it causes issues they stop responding. I would never recommend that anyone goes through them.

Terrible ! I took a chance on raceme.eu and I am so disappointed as I thought that they would have been able to help me. I bought a part from them and my vehicle started giving me problems I have never had before, When I tried to get in touch when them they didn't bother responding to me and now I have to spend more money fixing something that their parts caused.

Horrible experience , I spoke to someone tried to be helpful at first but with this company when they know that they are causing people's vehicles to have issues after installing parts bought from them they stop emailing back. I will never buy anything from you guys again

Please beware before going through this company. I took a chance and I lost my money and the part that I bought caused me to have more issues that I have to now deal with. I would recommend that you do your research before trying to buy anything from them.

Very disappointing! I came to you guys thinking you would be able to help me, I spoke to on of your people and he was very kind but when it came to the issue I had with a tuner I bought from you guys you stopped communicating and didn't bother to help. I guess it was my own fault for choosing your company. I would definitely not recommend .

I would not recommend that anyone goes through them ... They stop responding to me after I tried getting in contact with them about my vehicle giving issues after installing the tuner I bought from them ... This company is just a waste of money

Hi Guys, I just wanted to bring something to your attention so that nobody else falls loses money. I placed a order from Raceme.eu for my 5th Gen 3500. Paid $500 and then waited on their staff to get back to me. One of their members, which whom I wont name out of respect, asked for all of my vehicles details and modifications etc and I provided this. He then came back to me with tunes and guided me on how to install them on my MM3 tuner. He also explained that if there is any modifications needed he will gladly make whatever modifications needed. After installing, the truck had limited throttle response, several codes on the dash, laggy and the truck smoked excessively (probably over fueling) I then brought this to the raceme.eu employee and they promised to follow up and make the necessary modifications. This order I placed in January.
Fast forward to now a few months later and I have still not received any response or help from them. I send a email almost twice a week asking for the follow up and help and have not gotten any response. I have given the company quite a few chances to make this right but no response. It was my own fault as I took a chance.
Please be beware before before dealing with this company. It was my own fault as I took a chance.
