I purchased the RADAAR Lifetime membership because it was advertised as it will always be equivalent to their Pro plan with valuable features like bulk scheduling, unlimited content pool, and post recycling. These were the main reasons I invested, they were essential for my business. Now, RADAAR has changed their membership structure. The Lifetime deal I bought no longer includes the features I paid for. Instead, they’ve stripped Pro down to the most basic level, and the only real benefit left is unlimited manual scheduling. But honestly, why pay for that? You can do manual scheduling for free using Meta Business Suite or plenty of other tools.

According to RADAAR’s own pricing table, the Professional plan (where LTDs are now mapped) only allows 12 bulk-upload posts per CSV, while the cheaper Standard plan allows 60. That means Professional isn’t actually better, even though it costs more. On top of that, recurring posts are capped at 6, and the content pool isn’t unlimited unless you upgrade again. So before assuming Professional is superior just because it’s a higher tier, check the features online and compare. For me is no longer worth, and the Pro plan feels feels like a bad bait and switch.

It's crazy how one single decision can take a product on the way to becoming THE BEST product of its kind in the market, and turn things around to the point I'm not even sure I'd ever recommend it to anyone.

I got RADAAR quite a lot of time back from APPSUMO: it was a very interesting app, growing nicely, with a lot of people happy about the service and a team constantly working on it, caring for its community and constantly introducing new and useful things.

This up until the point they decided to get rid of smart posting, substituting them with what they called "WORKFLOWS".

Both smart posting and workflows basically meant "different way to automate posting on socials", with the difference that while "smart posting" were easy to create and unlimited, Workflows were (and still are) extremely convoluted to create and were limited to only 3 per license: if you pay more, you get more.

You should now understand that radaar, differently from other social media platforms, while allowing 1 single workflow to post to different socials, does not allow different MEDIA to different social (basically, if you want to post one video on both youtube and Instagram, you will have to create TWO different workflows, cause radaar does not support different media resolution x different social).

This choice pissed off a lot of users, which found themselves going from functioning unlimited services to a clunky, unreliable, limited one.

A lot of complains started popping up on their facebook group, which was very active up until that point... one would think that the radar team, which up to that point was very dedicated to their userbase, would start addressing the issue.

Their reply tho, was to just start totally ignoring it and their userbase at the same time.

The facebook group, as a result, in a couple of weeks changed from a happy, active place, to a grim desolated one, with 3 posts out of 5 being of complains, and the radar team totally ignoring everything and everyone.

This up until the day I decided to actively piss them off trying to get a reaction out of them, and wrote a post asking what they were up to, if they were still working on radar cause their disappearance was bad, and that if they wanted to just stop working on the app they should have a least let everyone know.

What happened then, is one of the stupidest and crazier things I have EVER seen the CEO of ANYTHING do in my entire life.

Mustafa decided to take it personally, and instead of replying the way a normal intelligent person would have, by stating that yeah they were still working on it, that they were addressing the complaints and all... he decided that it was a lot more productive to spend the entire afternoon, and I mean THE ENTIRE AFTERNOON, spouting nonsense about the fact that I was just attacking them for no reason cause I wanted free unlimited workflows (this after multiple possible solutions were proposed by many members in the group just to be totally ignored), and then, trying to manipulate me into providing him my personal information, name, surname, email address and all, for whatever absolutely insane reason, just to then go ahead with the amazing gaslighting of "you made me lose my entire afternoon", while he literally did everything on his own, refusing to reply to a very simple question:

"do you still care?"

Now, after months have passed, nothing really changed if not in a bad way.

"WORKFLOWS" are still there, exactly as they were before, cluncky and buggy, with no real change made to them AT ALL.

Their website has gotten worse, with tons of information lacking.

Their "TUTORIAL" section inside the app itself, alternates in between 1 tutorial video for the app, and random music video taken from the internet.

Their youtube channel is hardly updated with any relevant subject.

Tutorials about different aspects of the app (like for example WORKFLOWS themselves) are NOT EXISTANT on either their website, inside the app, or on youtube. So good luck with understanding how those works.

I was trying to make these workflow work and sent a support ticket from inside the app itself asking for help, and I got an automated message stating that my email (again, sent from the support widget inside THE APP ITSELF) was marked as spam and would never reach their team.

I also just went ahead and checked on their facebook page... which is desolated even more then before, with posts not being answered to having maybe 1-2 likes from other users and that's it.

The sad part about all of this is: the app still works for posting on social, it's still nice and I still use it.

It's like a monument to something that could have been amazing but was reduced to unworthy for no real apparent reason if not stubbornness and arrogance from the developer themselves.

A real shame. My hope is they get back on their feet.

So I have been using Radaar for a number of years now, there service is better than the rivals, there support team is quick to respond and get the issues sorted.

After a recent system upgrade I had a few issues with my account, which were sorted very quickly with the result of a zoom call.

Unfortunately none of these services are 100% reliable, but this service for me has worked 99.9% of the time.

I would highly recommend there service to anyone, a service which is constantly improving, constantly added new features.

I just cancelled my subscription.

This platform was very unreliable. Content wouldn't be posted because of issues on their side.

They do not fully support emojis, some would appear broken with random symbols.

I am happy with the tool and the support. Answers even today (Saturday) within some hours. This is not standard and unwound have accepted if support is only over the normal work time.

Also price compared to Hootsuite is very good.

We are controlling all of our 24 accounts with this tool now.

Radaar is running a scam selling Lifetime deals on platforms like Appsumo and others and quickly finding reasons to dishonour the deal and cancel active LTD subscriptions without any valid explanations.

I just got booted out of an active Life time deal. When i raised a ticket they refused to reply. Later i escalated with Appsumo from whom i purchased the LTD. What was shocking is the audacity and the guts they have to just delete all my content which i have carefully crated and created over several months. The reason they provided was Pinterest had issues with their API and so they randomnly just deleted all accounts that were posting on pinterest.

This is the most ridiculous explanation i have ever heard that is totally baseless. They just wanted an excuse to delete all the LTD accounts and force them to exit. While many of users may just walk away with their loss i will sue you and i wont back down....wait and watch.

First off I tried it the dashboard is not as user friendly as most but I thought for price it is to be expected.

I mean it does say on its advert its not just another social media management platform - This is because its not any good for this purpose unless you are posting poor quality content.

I thought maybe I need to upgrade to get the AI features so upgraded within a day still no features so I emailed to cancel within the 14 day so called free trial that they have plastered all over the website to get told by support NO REFUND EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE IN THE FREE TRIAL PERIOD. They told me I needed to spend more money on the open AI so I added credit to that, come back the platform is still rubbish.

I currently use another AI and a social plugin its a little more expensive but works well I thought this would have been better.

I WOULD RATE THIS A MINUS 50 OUT OF 10 ITS THAT BAD. They are clearly a little dodgy after false advertising on websites.

I have been using Radaar since the very first round on Appsumo. I watched grow from a simple Social Media Calendar to a very complex Management Software with features like:
- Trend observation (Discover)
- Content Monitoring (Streams)
- Customisable Analytics
- Passbook
- URL Shortener
- Landing Page builder (Powerful but Complicated)
- Stock and Hashtag Managers
and
- RSS Feed-Monitoring

This all enables me to just open -one- Session in -one- Window and do all my morning coffee tasks on -one- platform.

The internal Team Management with Kanban-Boards for Tasks is helpful, as are Labels, Assignments, and Categories during planning.

You can hold back content for review and the Post-Editor is assisted by a Tool called "Content-Copilot" which analyses your Content against known SEO-Metrics. And allows you to discuss content with your team.

At the time of writing new scheduling options like customised standard-posting-times and recurring posts are in Beta, with features like a content pool and smart Hastag-Management are on the near horizon.

All in all a very positive experience after the crash of my previously used SMM-Platform.

Right now I would not exchange Radaar for any of the competition.

After four months and a few issues of analytics I decided to outsource. When I requested a refund the company blatantly refused and clearly did not want to help. So basically they decided to keep USD $300. I was surprised for such a large organisation and So beware if you Ike the platform only go for the monthly plan until you have used it for a while because Radar will not give you a refund.

Recommended! first I gotta say I have tried other platforms and compared to others Radaar is one of the most user friendly out there. Works like a charm and I'm pretty pleased with how easy is to navigate!

It's a Tool every Social Media Manager should have. Come with pack tools and able to function from one place.

It is easy to use and is an excellent tool for business looking to engage their audience through social media. In addition, I look forward to using nifty tools like URL shortener and NLP-analysed hashtag research to expand my reach on social platforms.

At the moment, there is nothing to dislike. Having a GMB and more YouTube posting features is already on the roadmap. Dark mode with a pleasant look would be great.

The unified social inbox allows me to manage my posts and schedule them easily. You can also track engagement and performance metrics more easily. Password vaults are a neat addition.

This app is fantastic! I believe it is one of the best tools for social network management, and it includes several unique features that no one else currently offers, such as a password vault and project management that is akin to Trello.

What I like best using RADAAR for about 4 months now is being able to manage multiple social media accounts on different social platforms and managing multiple brands.

The UUI/UX is clean and very clear which makes it easy to collaborate and work with a team. With the current price, it's a no braner that a social media marketer should get this tool as it continues to flourish and mature as a product. It also has a password vault which is helpful working with a team!

What I'm not liking with RADAAR at the moment is that I'm unable to post stories in Instagram and Facebook using desktop. There is a work around to it if I use RADAAR on my mobile phone but I typically create content on desktop so I have to add multiple steps to my process to be able to do so.

Also, I can't manage Google My Business accounts yet but this is a feature that will be available soon according to the team! Looking forward to this.

Overall — being a digital marketer and handling multiple social media accounts and different brands, it is easy to get disorganized and get cluttered and be overwhelmed handling different accounts. What RADAAR allows me to do is to manage multiple social media accounts and different brands and making sure that I'm performing well so I can focus on other things.
