Made us feel at fault for their “error”
My partner purchased a Prismatic SPC from this vendor for £190 at a card show. The item was clearly priced at £190, the seller confirmed the price, entered it into the card machine, and the payment was successfully completed.
After my partner had left with the item, the seller followed him around the venue claiming it had been priced incorrectly and that they had made a loss. They asked for the item back and requested additional payment if we “wanted to keep it”, which my partner declined, as the purchase had already been completed at the stated price.
The seller continued to follow my partner and pursue the matter in front of other vendors and implied that we had effectively taken the item unfairly, despite the fact it had been clearly priced and properly paid for. This made the situation particularly uncomfortable.
They were also unwilling to provide an immediate cash refund and instead suggested we either return the item or he’ll “do us a favour” by paying allowing us to pay £240 (their claimed cost price), stating it was intended to be sold for £290.
While mistakes can happen, the way this was handled felt unprofessional and made the overall experience awkward and uncomfortable and has put us off attending card shows completely.

A staff member had sold a Prismatic SPC incorrectly , the payment was put through and immediately raised the concern with the customer, he was still at the table whilst vending when the refund was initiated , he did not leave the table to follow anybody , we then offered the SPC for £50 under value to try to comensate for the error, a full refund was offered to and they declined saying it would take 4 working days to which a cash refund was arranged as an alternative to avoid waiting for funds.

DO NOT BUY FROM RADIANT CHAIN! I was the highest bidder on an ebay live stream they refused to send the item because they didn't get the price they wanted. They claim there was glitches in the stream which ebay confirmed there was not! Highly unprofessional for a business, and lets face it pretty pathetic. Even when I asked for a refund, they had the nerve to wait for ebay to force them. avoid this seller! This is the type of behaviour you expect from the odd private seller, not a business.

Just to clarify this customer was told along side another customer that technical issues regarding ebay had lead to 2 orders were other buyers being unable to bid, leaving a ridulously high price item to sell for nothing, I politely asked this buyer to be patient while we dealt with ebay direct and they proceed to be aggressive via messages, we have since had verification from ebay and sent the other buyers item which was was a Base set 2 vintage pack they won for £78 patience clearly paid off for the other buyer were as this buyer here won a base set charizard card for £21 and then put a refund request in after being asked to patiently wait while we clarified with ebay over there system failing This base set charizard would of been sent out yesterday if you had not put the refund request in
