Mobile wrist watch
The mobile watch has given our family great peace of mind as we can track exactly where mum is on the mobile app and can also see how active she has been with the step counter. Highly recommend. Service from Connect24 has been excellent. If the button on the wrist watch is pressed it immediately connects to the contact centre and my mum can easily hear someone talking to her to check she is safe.

Had a few issues during my set up. People at call centre and maintenance team were great in helping us to get it all sorted.

I found arranging set up of my 24 hour connect watch very easy.
Graeme was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know.Set up test was fine. However I phoned help line on Friday 22nd May to advise I would be on.holiday so was checking in early. Holiday was noted yet my daughterLeeza was contacted as you could not connect with me.I shall test on 26th of each month. I am happy with my device.

As I had a bit of trouble doing payment on line I was sent a phone number to call. I spoke to Graeme and he was very helpful. The watch arrived next day and it's easy to use. Gives me peace of mind when I pop out and leave my husband.

Efficient service. Reasonable price. The device works well as the speaking unit is in the wristwatch, rather than on a wall, so it is easier for the wearer to hear any messages.
