I first had a problem getting tickets contacted them through support they were outstanding in responding and resolving the issue they’ve got some really good prizes with low ticket prices I have won in the past although a while ago lol a++!

First time shopping with Raffolux,it was very easy signing up. Looking forward to more fun in the future.

I never wanted to write a negative review, but I honestly have no choice.

For over two weeks, Raffolux allowed me to deposit and continue playing on an old account, while my £2,500 withdrawals remained unpaid and all my emails asking what was happening were ignored. I budgeted my money on the genuine belief that the withdrawals would be processed, as I was never told there was an issue.

Only after this prolonged silence was I informed that the winnings would not be paid at all.

I have since been told that Raffolux “take responsible play extremely seriously”, but I struggle to understand how that can be the case when:
• A supposedly void account was left active for over two weeks
• Deposits and gameplay were still allowed
• No warning or restriction was applied
• Every attempt to contact them during that time went unanswered

The result is that I have been left with no money to buy food. I even tried to compromise and resolve this calmly, but that was refused. This situation could have been avoided entirely if I had been told earlier.

I really did not want to post this, but when you are left with nothing to put food on the table and no meaningful communication, it feels like the only option left.

Please don’t be like me and rely on withdrawals being paid out as Raffolux have pages and pages of T+Cs they can use to refuse to pay out, even if it was just an honest mistake (and contributed to by Raffolux’s actions). I feel incredibly hurt and upset, especially for my family who had no part in this.

Seems top notch so far, played a few times, won a few times, much better odds than some competitors online, will keep my account and play with them again, unlike others who require a subscription, this raffle site at least offers a constant choice to play, perks if you do, no cost if you don't, more than fair in my opinion, layout is very user friendly and they,ve made some updates to make it even easier, any q's have been helpfully answered in the info section so i havn't had to contact customer service yet but i read they are pretty good too...

I'm sorry to have to write this review.
I've a member of Raffolux since it's early days and won many prizes with them over the years.
It seems that now as they have become a much larger company their customer service has declined.
Since the new site and the changes there have been nothing but problems. In the last couple of weeks I've had to chase them for the small payouts I had won, which were dealt with swiftly but then on Saturday after receiving a discount code I purchased a bundle of tickets for an instant win raffle. No tickets or numbers were issued, I have emailed support, sent proof via facebook and been on live chat with no result or tickets. This has been ongoing now for four days and still no solution. The raffle ends tomorrow and it looks like nothing will happen. I don't think that live chat knew what I was talking about.
I'm very disappointed and will be closing my account once my other raffles have ended.

This used to be a good site, but since they changed the layout and loyalty system it seems to be a mess! I had various times when payment was made by me, and was taken from my bank, but I never received any game credits, one person from raffolux even said that there MAY be a problem with the site, but I never received any credits. Seems to have become a bit of a difficult site to navigate. Bring back the old Raffolux. Also many other little annoying bugs on the site

Fantastic website, had a few wins and after a glitch on a withdrawal they managed to get it sorted in a timely manner, very helpful staff, had a few missing tickets as well which they are chasing to sort out as well, will update here when this is all sorted but in total very happy with the service and staff

Great, love the fact that the tickets are cheep and you can control ehat you want to spend

I think it's a good site prices are fair and I will continue to use it

This site is as cheap as I like it...also free draws and extremely cheap draws. Worth a shot
