The Network has been bad for over 2 months , when you try to get assistance, a useless robot keeps repeating thesame response to me , when i finally made contact with an agent the next question she asked was if i wanna cancel. So bad and to think i keep paying over R800 monthly for nothing is the worst

The service itself works as advertised. However, my issue is with how billing and contract terms were handled. I was told the service was not a contract, but after I stopped using it, I was still charged for months during which I had no service. The data was switched off from their side, yet I was expected to keep paying.
When I disputed the charges because I was being billed for a service that was not provided, I was told I would face legal action if I did not pay. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed. The product may work, but the lack of clarity and fairness around billing and cancellation is a serious concern.

Rain is by FAR THE SHITIEST WIFI PROVIDER!!!!! I always have to reboot my router. When i have a problem i have to speak to Arin on the raingo app, who for some reason cant reboot me, i am always on a secondary wifi connection. I have asked this Arin robot to log complaints. I logged 5 complaints in THE BEGINING OF december 2025. I AM STILL WATING FOR A TECHNICIAN TO CONTACT ME! YET I HAVE TO PAY THE FILL AMOUNT OF R620 EVERY MONTH EVEN THOU I STRUGGLE WITH CONNECTOIN!!!! When you call rain landline you wait about 30 minutes before you are even assisted. Pathetic service. Kak connection service and overall just darn right pathetic!!!!

The consultant never explain to me that i must make the monthy premium same day.. What she told me is the R1 that must pay upfront to get the material and get activated same day ask when is my salary date .. That was it..now i lost the connection due to payment that i must do now.. Of which i was not told about when i enquire... If i knew i was gonna activate month end when i have the money... My Rain 5G router has now been not working for 5 days, yet support continues to insist that everything looks fine on their side. According to them, my router is “on” and has “good signal strength” — which is meaningless when there is no internet connection at all.
I was told this could be a billing issue, only for Rain to confirm on the same account that I was billed correctly in December. Billing is clearly not the problem — yet after 5 days, there is still no resolution.
Customer support does nothing but repeat scripted responses. There is no escalation, no urgency, and no accountability. I work from home, and this ongoing outage has made it impossible for me to do my job.
I have been issued multiple case numbers for the same unresolved issue: #41916630, #41929038, #42044432. Rain has now explained that every time a customer calls to follow up, their system automatically generates a new ticket and closes the previous one. This means cases are being closed without being resolved, simply because a customer is chasing for an update — which is an unbelievably broken support process.
The current open ticket is #42058938, and I am still without internet.
If you need reliable service or competent customer support, avoid Rain 5G. Paying customers deserve far better than this.

It's been 5-6 months I have been complaining about check account that appears always after I make payment. Rain is failing to help me. I make payment but only use the network less 10 days. Why is check account appear when my account is up to date. Like now ii paid on 20th from 21 no connection it's saying check acc I called rain on 21 still no help I did again on the 26 and 27 no help I did get. My phone number is 0817744069
