Ok. So I gave the foaming hand soap dispensers a year - a reasonable trial.
I’m beyond frustrated that only about a third of the time can I get a decent consistency to actually wash my hands effectively. The rest of the time I’m having to pump 20plus times to get anywhere enough product out, or I’m splattered with a jet of useless watery outpouring.
And yes, I have followed the updated instructions to use hot water and wait until the tab has dissolved before putting the dispenser cap on.
In addition, none of the fragrance variants actually have a scent.
I so wanted them to be good. The idea is great, the execution sadly lacking. I’m currently looking for alternative refills to try and use the bottles, which look great, although I’m not sure whether the lack of hand foam is down to the tabs or the dispenser.
Sadly, I won’t be reordering tab refills.

Great product and excellent customer service! I’ve been using Raindrop for a few months now and love it. The foam feels lovely and the smells are really fresh (Bergamot is my current favourite). One of the pumps recently stopped working so to avoid imminent disaster by having to throw it out, I thought I’d contact Raindrop to see if they could help. Within a couple of days, I received a very comprehensive troubleshooting guide which completely fixed the problem and averted disaster. Lovely to use a company with fantastic products and great personal customer service. Well done Raindrop!

The elegant bottles supplied really suited my bathroom and kitchen aesthetic. Adding the supplied tablet to water was really easy, the pump dispenser works great, and it had a lovely scent as well. In a family of 3 it lasted for over a month and the bottle was really simple to refill. No need to buy more plastic handwash bottles for the home - saving plastic AWESOME

I like the idea of reducing plastic. I like the design of the bottles which look good both in my bathroom and kitchen.
Refills are very easy to manage. Lastly, but very important, my grandkids love using the foamy hand-wash.

Literally doesn’t smell of anything. I’ve tried several different ‘ fragrances’ and none of them have a scent at all. Great idea but not worth the money .

The best service and a great product! I’ve been using raindrop for a while and I love the fact that it reduces so much plastic. They recently increased the prices for their refills and it almost made me cancel my subscription. But I came across great service through their email support with Anna, who was so kind to send a replacement for a damaged item straight away. I’m so impressed that I decided not to cancel my subscription. Thank you raindrop!

I have the handwashes and the refills on subscription through Amazon. Love them. The bottles are beautiful and they smell lovely too.

I bought the starter pack of two dispensers. Was very impressed with the way they look and the environmental benefits. Unfortunately one of the dispensers stopped working properly after a few weeks so I emailed Raindrop and received a prompt response and have now been sent a replacement pump, so can also rate their customer service as excellent!

Loved these products when a friend sent pictures of how lovely the bottles are !
I ordered a set for myself and another friend.
It makes me want to clean 😂

Was so disappointed recently purchased it has no scent at all

I purchased foaming handwash and 2 of the cleaning packs after being familiar with other brands such as Smol, Purdy & Figg and Splosh. I was hopeful that Raindrop would be somewhat comparable however was left very disappointed.
The cleaning sprays, kitchen/bathroom/multi, smell of nothing and the spray gun is rubbish. Sprays a single thin jet - have tried 3 of the sprays by twisting nozzle to fan the spray but no difference.
Foaming handwash - again no scent.

What a shame and sorry to say but I’ll not be repurchasing the refills.

We have had an absolute nightmare with the dispensers which we are going to have to throw out (so bad as we were trying to be sustainable) the brown coating has flaked all over our sink and the dispenser constantly sits in a pool of water. It is so messy. Plus we have tried all the different types of tablet and none of them smell at all. Just a terrible product overall. I have discovered that "neat" handsoap (which we should have got in the first place!) has lovely smelling soap as an alternative and the foam quality is much better and less watery. I am using this in my raindrop dispenser for now while I decide if to ditch the raindrop ones completely and commit to neat fully. A much better brand and product.

I loved the idea of Raindrop foaming handwash from an environmental point of view as well as aesthetically. The bottles arrived in perfect condition and all worked fine. A year on, the pumps are still working and the product is excellent, but all my surfaces are covered in paint flakes from the bottles. It would be better to dye the bottles or provide flake-free bottles (or just clear bottles). That would definitely up your rating from 3 to 5 stars. Sadly I've had to look elsewhere to purchase additional foaming ceramic bottles because I can't handle the flakes any longer. The bottles started flaking within one month of usage.

I decided to try raindrop hand soap after seeing an advert on social media. The lovely reusable bottles and way that you make the soap up at home (small tablet dissolved in warm tap water - small to ship ✅ ) really appealed to me.
I have been pleasantly surprised! The bottle looks great in the bathroom and the scents are beautiful, not too overpowering. I have also noticed that the soap is not as drying on my hands as the previous liquid hand soap I was using. The way that the soap foams up when dispensed has been a hit with my 5 year old too! One of the foaming dispenser pumps I received doesn’t work properly but after a quick email to their customer services, I am being sent a new one without any issue.
Overall I am very impressed with the product and customer service - I have already recommended Raindrop to my Mum 😊

Absolutely beautiful smelling products. Every product we've had all cleans my house beautifully.

New starter pack of handsoap arrived yesterday, both bottles intact but both pump caps broken on delivery so not really plastic waste free. Awaiting response from customer service regarding replacement bottle tops. Can't comment on the product as I haven't been able to try it yet.
Update: very speedy reply from customer support who have immediately sent 3 replacement pump tops (which includes a spare) so amending original 1 star review to 4 stars, assuming replacements arrive and are durable. 🤞🤞🤞

Beautiful designs and excellent cleaning materials. The bottles are both lovely to look at and very nice to use, and the cleaning liquids within them work very well for home cleaning and hand washing, have a lovely smell and are incredibly simple to re-fill. Plastic-free cleaning with Raindrop is the way forward.

This is the best hand cleaning soap I have used doesn’t burn under rings if you don’t dry hands 100./. I have one in the kitchen one in bathroom I have ms and hardly any strength in hands but it is easily dispensed try it and your never go back to a cream soap

Great hand soap! Having dogs, I wash my hands alot and this is the first hand soap I've ever found that doesn't dry my skin out. It's also super easy to use, just drop a tablet into warm water in the lovely glass reusable bottle, give it 30 minutes and its ready to go! The fragrances are lovely, but subtle, not overwhelming and its great for our planet, win, win, win!!
