Wonderful when it’s working but..

When it works it’s very good but after seven years we are on the verge of abandoning the whole thing.
Over engineered why a have a pressured pump that is not needed. There are two sensors in the tank surely the lower one could turn pump on and top one turn it off. No pressure pump needed.
Secondly but no fault of the firm getting a tradesman with some knowledge to help is virtually impossible.
Now waiting to find someone to fit third pump. It certainly is not cost effective. It is about seven years since system was installed and a year since pump broke One every two years is not a good record

After our pump stopped working we were sent a new one next day.

Great product, great service

The system is excellent, but after a year our pump had a malfunction. We returned it to Rainwater Harvesting and they repaired it and returned it within a few days. It was efficient and professional after-care service, of the highest standard. Rainwater Harvesting have such a good product, but how they deal with issues is equally important. And in this case they were first-class, thank you.

Great value for parts to fix myself rather than get out an expensive contractor

Over a few years we have installed a number of Hydro force 4 pumps purchased from Rainwater Harvesting (RWH). Recently one of the pumps failed following which we contacted RWH and explained the situation. Simon in the technical department could not of been more helpful and immediately arranged for the defective pump to be collected from us for return. Shortly afterwards we received a brand new replacement which of course is working perfectly! First class customer service and great warranty provision.

My order of 3 small rigid rainwater tap signs was processed and delivered very quickly.
My only criticism is that such a small order which could have been posted shouldn’t be subject to the excessive £9.00 courier charge.

Delivered system at short notice. The company worked with me on delivery times and everything went smoothly. Easy to order. Ian was very helpful and explained the benefits of the different systems. Would recommend to others.
