unless you have money to throw away, avoid this company. The book is fair with general and fairly vague training tips and info. their marketing is swish but they negate to inform you that they take £25 for the joy of accessing their useless app.
if you want the book, avoid the additional sign up for the app.

Hidden subscription.
I bought a book and it took me 3 months to figure out they kept charging for a subscription. They sign you up for it automatically and you have to cancel it.i would t recommend doing business with them. .
