Deeply Disappointed and Horrified After Years of Loyalty (0/5 Stars)
​I am writing this review as a long-time customer of Ramas Hair. While my visits have become less frequent recently as I often wear a wig, I have always trusted Ramas and looked forward to my appointments.
booked a service this week specifically for a special occasion—a visit to see my mother—and told Ramas I wanted my hair done beautifully for this trip. This appointment was important to me, and my expectations were high based on our history.
The result I received was absolutely horrifying. The quality of the styling was dreadful, unprofessional, and frankly, embarrassing. I was shocked that a stylist I have supported for years would let me leave the chair looking like that, especially knowing the importance of the occasion.
​What makes this situation so much worse is the financial cost and the complete breakdown of customer service. I spent £100 on this service, which is a substantial amount for me as I do not have a steady wage and had to save up specifically for this appointment. To receive such an abysmal result is disappointing; to know that money was wasted on it is devastating.

This is not only an example of poor hair service but a complete betrayal of trust and customer loyalty. I am shocked that Ramas would think it is acceptable to treat a long-standing customer this way—by doing a poor job and then ghosting them when they request follow-up.

If I could give negative stars I would. I spent over $1000 for 2 keyboards and some other components, and then the company fell apart and I never got anything. I know that they declared bankruptcy already, but I received an email that the liquidation company has not found anything of worth to pay back the customers that spent their hard earned money. Getting anything back at this point would be a win.

I purchased keycaps and a storage case for them in 2021, and was strung-along with repeated promises they would be delivered until the window to file for a chargeback had passed. Eventually Rama Works stopped communicating and no longer updated its support tickets.

Production for these items is now in the hands of a different vendor and there are no specific plans to make whole the original customers.

Rama Works is currently insolvent, and has been handed-over to a liquidator by court order as a result of their owner failing to fulfill orders or pay employees.

I and many of the other original customers are now listed as creditors with the liquidator of Rama Works, and are awaiting more detailed reports as to the nature and results of its insolvency.

I ordered a keyboard on March 26, 2022 and never received it. Rama won't issue a refund or cancel my order and my credit card company won't issue a chargeback because I waited too long to lodge a complaint. Do not do business here; it is a scam.

Bought the Roma design frying pan at dollar store in Hamilton Ontario, my granddaughter went to use it she put her oil in it turned it on low next you know the house was full of smoke and pain was smoking so bad had her petrified, threw the pan off the balcony smoke detectors going off, the worse pans to buy good thing I was home with her when this happened.

I ordered the keyboard as a group buy, but after 2 years without delivering the product I decided to cancel the order. Opened the case (even 2) than 1 month ago but still no response. Another scam site.

Completely a scam company. They've set up "group buys" for expensive products, and failed to deliver for over 3 years on some items. They refuse to answer support tickets, and will not refund at any point. The owner is off buying expensive sports cars and properties, while claiming his customers are "abusing" him.

Bought a keyboard on pre-order in 2022. It's now been 2 years and still no contact from them, despite me reaching out.

RAMA WORKS are a bunch of scammers. It's one thing to not deliver on your promises but to then outright refuse to cancel an order and issue a refund after 3 years of waiting with no updates is disgusting.
Instead they continue producing quick turnaround desktop accessories to make a quick buck and focus all their time on that instead of keyboards and keycaps people have paid for and are waiting years for.
They are scammers and avoid them at all costs. Have filed a fraud claim with my bank so hopefully that goes through quickly and if not I will be escalating this as a legal matter.

NEVER PURCHASE FROM RAMA WORKS EVER PEOPLE.

What can I say that others haven't said yet? I joined the U80-B group buy, back in April 2022. We have not had any proper updates besides something about being in an imaginary queue, the keyboard has yet to begin production, and it doesn't seem it will be any time soon. So why the 1 star, no updates, no communication, and opening a ticket gets you nowhere, tons of other products are delayed or have no real delivery date. The owner is completely delusional, if you have time, go read their blog post on the official RAMA website or on Reddit.

I ordered Kate keycaps in August 2021 and still haven’t received them. I wrote several email asking for a refund or other products that they have in stock but didn’t even get a response from them. I don’t think I’ll ever get the ordered product or my money back. This is a scam and I hope they will get shut down.

Ordered the CAPS set in 2021, still not delivered. Last update was in March 2023 with no word since. They ignore questions about these products 'in production' and instead promote new merchandise on social media. Truly deplorable behavior and they seem to have no shame. Absolutely avoid at all costs.

STAY AWAY from this scammer.
You will NEVER get the product you paid for and they will NOT refund you.

I’m in the exact same boat as the other gentleman regarding chess set. Total exit scam by a once-reputable company. They have simply been lying for years to customers and the public at large as they continue taking as many orders/$$$ as they can.

On the 4th of June, 2021 I purchased an artisan chess set from Rama.Works for about 312 USD. At the time, the expected production was around a year. It's now a few days from 2024. I had to ask for updates every 6 months, and was lied to over and over again. They have now entirely stopped responding to support tickets and emails. I can only assume Rama.Works is a well oiled scam. To prove Rama.Works is a fraud, I have attached my latest correspondence below.. :

The bases for the CHESS sets are all nearing completion, and we added some final touches to polish the design. The chess pieces are also in die-cast moulding, and at this stage, we're looking to have them completed in Q1 2023.

March 27th: Manufacturing of the Chess sets has been completed. A production QC batch is currently on the way to Australia which we will evaluate upon receiving it. Once that batch has been signed off, the entire production batch will be sea freighted and we can begin fulfilment within Q2 2023.
