Their products are great but WORSE customer service. They only shipped half my order and when I reach out they told me the product was out of stock and I wasn't charged. But that's is FAR FROM TRUE. I was charged and the product was not out of stock. No one will answer the multiple emails I sent. All i wanted was the product shipped to me since I was charged for it. Ridiculous.

I expected more from a luxury brand. I took the "hair quiz," ordered $200 worth of products, and they didn't work. I received an AI response when I contacted customer service. When I finally got through to a human, I was told me to take the hair quiz (which I already did) to find the right product for me and they would give me 20% off. No way was I going to throw away more money on their useless products.

Received an error message when using their return portal (on multiple devices with cache cleared), so I reached out to ask them to generate a return label for me. They responded with automated message about clearing browser cache, and still have not helped me out with a return label. It's been 10 days since I started asking.

Exceptionally bad customer service. Error made on order and when I went to correct it promptly they refused. Terrible products anyway.

Defective products that do not dispense from defective bottles. Company does not stand behind their product or offer replacements. There are too many good alternatives.

I’m really disappointed with my experience. I ordered on April 15th and heard nothing for over a week. After I emailed, they suddenly generated a tracking number, but USPS confirmed they never received the package. It sat in “Acceptance Pending” forever.

When they offered to reship, two of the items I wanted were now out of stock because of the delay. I was refunded, but the replacement still hasn’t shipped. Every time I email, I get a generic response that doesn’t address what I actually said, including messages about items that were already refunded days earlier.

This whole process has been frustrating, slow, and honestly feels like no one is actually reading the messages I send. I expected better from a brand at this price point.

I placed an order during the VIP early access sale, which apparently didn’t include all items included in the public birthday sale, and grossly overpaid for certain items. Upon requesting to cancel my order, I was told that they were unable to do so because of their “quick processing and shipping times”. The order was placed on Sunday, April 12 and is still unfulfilled and hasn’t shipped. Their customer service is absolutely non-existent and if you do manage to get an email or response back, it’s a very generic copy and paste response. As a long time customer, I’ll no longer be supporting them since they evidently don’t care about their customers or the environment. Not sure how sustainable it is to ship me an order I no longer want or need only for me to have to ship it back and have over $200 tied up for several weeks (in this economy?) before receiving a refund. Seriously, go purchase your hair care elsewhere.

This company refuses to cancel orders even if they haven’t been processed or shipped. I tried to cancel an order ten minutes after placing it due to mistakenly ordering the wrong item. I think that is a rigid and ridiculous policy. The worst part is they have a section on their website where you can request to cancel the order by texting a number, only for them to send you a text saying they can’t. What a pointless feature and process. I’m hesitant to order from them in the future.

i would not even rate one star if possible The website showed a free gift with my purchase I checked the cart multiple times to verify the free gift remained As soon as i paid the free gift was removed and no customer service was available Only AI messages which said the order cannot be canceled This is the very worst form of scam marketing and i will be calling my credit card to dispute the charges and I will report to Better Business Bureau

Been over two weeks since I ordered and order hasn’t shipped yet. Told it is too late to cancel but no information about when my order will ship…

Awful awful customer service and incredibly slow shipping to the point of ridiculous. We ordered a product on Thanksgiving and still the company hasn’t shipped it ( Dec 14th). We emailed them about the issue and they just told us it can take 2 weeks to ship. I’m very confused why they claim this when it says order on purchase information claims 4-5 business days to receive items. Won’t be buying again.

Such a great product. Expensive. But I have purchased from them for a good amount of time now because it's worth it. Unfortunately, I needed some help with an error on my part (definitely take responsibility for missing auto-correct of an old address). Their customer service proved to be dismal in responding though. Sent an email immediately after my error with the question, "Is there anything that can be done?" Just looking for a simple yes or no. Some guidance would've been great.

Several days go by of me following up with several emails and also using their "modern", "hip" texting service that has auto-replies. No response still. Finally figured I can reach out on instagram as my last resort. Lo and behold! 5 days later I get a response from Maria telling me "There's nothing that can be done and it's too late to cancel now." HAHAHA, awesome. Thanks for finally getting back to me with a template you have saying "sorry, not sorry", Maria. I'm gonna head back over to the hair products I had before.

Bait and switch. They discontinued my favorite shampoo. Brought it back as a one time promotion. I ordered and paid for it. Then 3 days later a get a note saying its actually out of stock and to order something else. A quick search of the reviews on their own website shows people hate the new one and miss the old one. But they are trying to trick users into the new one. Shameful.

This is the company's site. 100% legit. They regularly have 15%-30% off promotions, so if you're making a big order, maybe make a point to look for a promo or wait for one to start.
